滇西XD公司从成立的初期到现在,在这个过程中,形成了具有一定的管理
方式和技术的突破,在云南省的电网建设过程中,做出了卓越的贡献。我国改革
幵放的三十年中,我国的经济形势发生了翻天覆地的变化,这就催生出我国电力
体制改革。在这一电力体制的改革过程中,滇西XD公司的机遇和挑战共存,但
是在电力建设这一行业,公司同时也存在优势和劣势并存的局面,这就需要公司
要根据自身的实际情况来调整公司的发展战略,这是公司急需要解决的事情。
本篇论文首先通过对电网建设行业的现状以及发展过程作一个简介,并对这
一行业所存在的问题以及其原因进行分析,同时对电力建设行业所处的大的宏观
经济环境进行一个梳理和说明,并对电力行业未来的走势作一个预测,特别是火
电建设方面;然后使用SWOT分析方法,对滇西XD公司的内外部的优势劣势进
行分析;最后根据上述的分析得出滇西XD公司的发展战略的选择,应该根据市
场形势不断的变化,对本公司进行定位,同时根据本公司的实际情况,提出了国
际化战略、深耕战略、企业联合战略,并且给出滇西XD公司战略实施的保证措
施。
本文以滇西XD公司电网建设施工业务来作为研究个案,提出了适应滇西
XD公司发展的方向,本文的研究会对具有同样背景的其他企业给予一定的参考
和借鉴。

ABSTRACT
Dianxi XD in the process that from the establishment to today has made a
management and technology breakthroughs, made outstanding contributions in the
process of Yunnan Province power grid construction. In the period after China's
reform and opening up, Chinese economic situation has made a huge change, so that
the reform of China's electric power system. In this process, Dianxi XD was faced
some opportunities and challenges, but in the industry of power construction, Dianxi
XD has both advantages and disadvantages,it means that the most important thing for
Dianxi XD is should make an appropriate development strategy.
This thesis makes a brief introduction for the current situation of grid
construction industry and development process firstly,and analysis the problems that
exist in this industry, as well as the reasons, while explain the macro-economic
environment where the power construction industry stand, and make a prediction for
the electricity industry development trend in the future, especially in the construction
of thermal power; then use the SWOT analysis the advantages and disadvantages of
Dianxi XD in terms of internal and external; Finally,according to the above analysis
to make Dianxi XD development strategy, which should be based on the market
situation constantly changes. Positioning the Company, according to the actual
situation of the company, made international strategy,deep strategy, corporate joint
strategy, and corporate strategy at the same time, and propose measures to ensure the
implementation of corporate strategy.
This thesis uses the Dianxi XD grid construction and construction business as a
study case,make a suitable development direction for the company; these researches
are useful for the companies which have analogous quality with Dianxi XD.
