市场环境促进着管理方式的变革,业务流程再造的思想便是在适应现今复
杂多变、日新月异、竞争激烈的市场环境下诞生的。作为一种能够很好的适应
环境,并且快速高效解决企业问题的思想,它一出现便迅速得到大家认可而变
成一种重要的管理学理论和实践方法。业务流程再造的中心思想就是对企业的
整个业务流程做根本的再思考并且重新设计,以流程为中心整合资源,最终的
目的是提升企业的效率和业绩。

类似于其他一些企业,AS 公司现在的发展遇到了瓶颈,企业的各种问题随
之暴露出来,在外部市场竞争激烈残酷的情况下,企业内部又被机构臃肿所累,
运营越来越缺乏效率,业绩的增长也日趋变缓。而面临如此的内忧外患,AS 公
司要走出困境只能通过变革的道路,对企业进行全面的业务流程再造,方能化
解危机。本文先通过当今主流的方法来识别企业的主要业务流程,比如实证分
析法、文献调查法等,将企业里面需要进行变革的业务流程找出,然后在业务
流程再造(BPR)思想的指导下对这些业务流程进行分析和根本的再设计。通过
以上一系列的过程以达到企业在各个指标要素上的提升和飞跃。

本文首先对论文的选题背景、研究的意义和方法以及业务流程再造(BPR)
思想的目前国内外研究现状等。然后提出整篇文章所研究问题的理论落脚点,
主要对 BPR 思想的产生、发展、特点以及运用的条件和过程进行梳理和总结,
奠定文章的理论基础。通过分析高端制造企业组织结构变革研究的必要性引出
本文的研究对象 AS 公司,在分析了 AS 公司现状后分析了 AS 公司的核心业务
流程。经过 AS 公司核心业务流程再设计。将核心业务流程按照 BPR 的思想进
行了根本的思考和再设计。本文的论证过程和结论可以为今后相似问题的研究
者提供一些借鉴。

The market environment for change in the way of management, business process
reengineering idea is to adapt to today's complex and changing, ever-changing,
competitive market environment was born. Thinking as a good adaptation to the

Reengineering (BPR) under the guidance of thought these business processes analysis
and fundamental redesign. By more than a series of processes in order to achieve the
