运营越来越缺乏效率，业绩的增长也日趋变缓。而面临如此的内忧外患，AS 公
司要走出困境只能通过变革的道路，对企业进行全面的业务流程再造，方能化
解危机。本文先通过当今主流的方法来识别企业的主要业务流程，比如实证分
析法、文献调查法等，将企业里面需要进行变革的业务流程找出，然后在业务
流程再造（BPR）思想的指导下对这些业务流程进行分析和根本的再设计。通过
以上一系列的过程以达到企业在各个指标要素上的提升和飞跃。
本文首先对论文的选题背景、研究的意义和方法以及业务流程再造（BPR）
思想的目前国内外研究现状等。然后提出整篇文章所研究问题的理论落脚点，
主要对 BPR 思想的产生、发展、特点以及运用的条件和过程进行梳理和总结，
奠定文章的理论基础。通过分析高端制造企业组织结构变革研究的必要性引出
本文的研究对象 AS 公司，在分析了 AS 公司现状后分析了 AS 公司的核心业务
流程。经过 AS 公司核心业务流程再设计。将核心业务流程按照 BPR 的思想进
行了根本的思考和再设计。本文的论证过程和结论可以为今后相似问题的研究
