随人们对信息技术研究的不断深入以及人们对企业管理的要求不断地提高,
企业信息化案例的种类日益丰富,应用范围也日益广泛,信息化也越来越受到企
业的关注。各种信息化的方法论、系统和工具逐渐出现在各行各业中,信息化对
现代化企业来说也变得越来越重要。
在中国国民经济的高速发展的同时,国内产生越来越多和世界接轨的信息化
实践,也产生很多具有中国特设的信息化经验。早期的建筑设计信息化主要以设
计工具的信息化为主,从80年代的甩图板革命到近期的参数化设计,建筑设计
在工具信息化上都地引进了其他行业的经验。而对管理的信息化改革程度则没有
对设计工具的信息化来的剧烈。随着提高企业管理能力和提高设计效率需求的越
来越强烈,从流程、系统、数据角度对传统的建筑设计企业进行信息化改造变得
势在必行。
本文从建筑设计行业的角度和筑博设计股份有限公司的业务现状为基础,结
合成熟的企业管理理论,出了筑博设计公司信息化建设存在的问题,并做出了针
对筑博设计公司对信息化需求的分析。在给筑博设计公司提出的信息化方案中包
含了筑博设计公司信息化的总体目标以及信息化系统结构和功能的描述,本文也
对筑博设计公司的核心设计、经验流程进行了梳理和信息化设计。
本文明确了筑博设计公司以“协同化”为特点的信息化架构,结合设计工具
和管理系统,有效提高建筑设计的设计效率和设计质量,也为筑博设计公司的经
营管理和项目管理等方面的决策过程提供了数据支持,提高了筑博设计公司整体
的管理运营能力。

ABSTRACT
With the constant in-depth research to information technology and increasing
management requirement from enterprises, informatization has growing number types
of cases and increasingly wide range of scope,it gains its popularity. And the gradual
emergence of various informatization methodology, system and tools, informatization
is becoming more and more important for the modern enterprises.
As the rapid development of China's economy,China has appeared more and

more informatization practice in line with the world, as well as many informatization
experiences with Chinese characters. The early architecture design informatization is
mainly on the basis of the informatization of design tools,and from No Drawing
Table Revolution in 80,s to the recent parametrization design, architecture design has
introduced experiences from other industries in tool informatization. However, the
revolution degree to management informatization is not as fierce as to design tool
informatization. With the stronger and stronger demand for improving enterprise
management capacity and design efficiency,informatization transformation on
conventional architecture design enterprises from the perspectives of procedures,
parameters and data is imperative.
On the foundation of the angle of architecture design enterprises and the business
condition of Zhubo Design Company coupled with mature enterprise management
theories, the paper lists the existing problems in informatization construction of
Zhubo Design Company and conducts analysis pertinent to the informatization
demand of Zhubo Design Company. The overall informatization objective and the
description of informatization systematic structure and function are contained in the
proposed informatization scheme of Zhubo Design Company, also, the paper makes
arrangement and informatization design to the core design, experience and procedures
of Zhubo Design Company.
The paper confirms the collaborative informatization structure of Zhubo
Design Company, effectively increase the design efficiency and design quality of
architecture design, and provides data support for the decision-making process of
operating management and project management, etc., improving the overall
management and operating capability of Zhubo Design Company.
