上海齐耀动力技术有限公司是一家由科研单位集体转制而成的科研生产型

企业,本文以它为研究对象,对公司的情况做了介绍,并对公司设备管理现状做

了比较详细的描述,如设备管理人员情况、设备管理过程中采购、使用、维护及

报废处置的情况等,通过使用实地调查法、流程分析法等科学方法对齐耀动力公

司的设备全过程管理,从设备调研选型、釆购、使用、维护保养直至报废处置的

各个环节进行分析研究,找到相关环节的问题所在。最后提出相应的改进建议,

如强化全员责任意识、完善设备管理制度、建立EAM资产管理系统、推行TPM

全面生产维护活动、优化设备釆购流程、激励设备操作人员、提升设备维护维修

能力、完善设备报废处置流程等,通过这些改进建议的实施可以帮助齐耀动力公

司优化设备管理流程,提高设备管理能力,提升设备管理效率,为科研生产任务

的顺利完成提供良好的保障。同时能降低运营成本,为公司更好、更快的发展打

下扎实的基础。

with the development of modern science and technology, the importance of facility is

emerging too. It is not only a vital part of fixed assets,and necessary material and

technological foundation of the labor source and raw materials for further production,

it is also one of the most crucial elements that form productivity. Just as Karl Marx

depicted it as the skeletal and muscular system of production, it is the most

important material wealth of an enterprise. Given its important role in modern

industrial enterprises, facility management has also become an important element in

enterprise management.

Shanghai Micropowers Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Micropowers),which this

paper takes as study object,is a scientific research and production enterprise which

has been transformed from an R&D institution. This paper gives a brief introduction

to Micropowers and specifies the current situation of its facility management,

including the facility management team, procurement, usage, and maintenance and

scrap disposal during facility management process. By field investigation,process

analysis and other scientific methods,this paper does analysis and study on the whole

process of facility management of Micropowers, and then find out the problems exist

in various links from analysis and study on facility research and selection,

procurement, usage, maintenance and scrap disposal. Finally, this paper gives

proposals, such as whole staff involvement and responsibility, management

mechanism improvement, EAM capacity management system, TPM activities, facility

procurement process improvement, operating personnel motivation improvement,

facility maintenance capability improvement, facility scrap process optimization and

so on. By implementing these proposals, the facility management ability can be

improved and the facility mmiagement efficiency can be enhanced, so that the

scientific and research tasks completed better. Meanwhile, the enterprise will expect a

better and faster development by cutting operating cost.
