二十世纪九十年代以后,先进的库存管理理论受到学术界和企业界的广泛

关注,被认为是面向21世纪的用于管理企业库存的先进管理思想。传统的管

理库存的方法存在很多不足之处,所以,在库存管理理论的指导下,结合各个

企业的实际情况对已有的库存管理方法进行优化成了企业的重要课题。

本文以库存管理理论为基础,对安富利BU7公司的库存管理的现状进行了

深入分析,剖析了在库存管理方面存在的诸如库存管理流程和制度落后、库存

使用效率低下、库存管理系统数据缺乏准确性等问题,提出了利用先进的库存

管理理论进行库存管理优化的策略。具体来说,在库存管理制度方面,完善公

司现有的制度;在库存管理的流程方面,在原有流程的基础上增加一系列的流

程,使公司的员工在处理问题时有章可循;在订单管理方面,需要提高市场预

测的准确性和对紧缺物料建立安全库存;在管理现有库存方面,采用ABC分类

法、供应商管理库存理论以及库存管理模型来管理库存;在库存管理系统方面;

提出了如何管理在途库存、提高数据的准确性和实现信息共享的策略。

本文研究成果对安富利BU7公司的库存管理创新具有直接的指导作用,同

时,本文中具体提出的库存管理优化策略对其他企业管理库存也具有一定的借

鉴作用。

ABSTRACT

After 1990s,the advanced stock management theory receives the global theorists and the

business community which is widespread attention. It is considered to be famous in the 21st

century. The advanced management thought which is used in the management enterprises

keeping in stock. Traditional management stock method has many deficiencies, therefore,in

under the stock management theory instruction, each enterprise during the actual situation to the

stock management method which has to carry on optimizing stock management method is an

important topic.

This article is taken stock management theory as a foundation, the existing stock

management status of Avnet BU7 is analyzed and the problems relating to stock management is

described in detail. Present situation of stock management has carried on the thorough analysis

to Avnet, analyzing such as the stock management flow and system backwardness. The stock is

used efficiency in the stock management aspect low, the stock management system data lacks

questions and it is on accuracy, proposed the use of advanced stock management theory carried

on the strategy which is the stock management optimized. To be honest, for stock management,

we should make current stock management institution. We need add some procedures to make

our staff deal with problems. We should improve correction of marketing forcast and make

safety stock for urgent materials. We use ABC idea, VMI and stock management data models to

deal with stock. For correct system, we have programmes to manage on-way stock, improve data

correction and share information.

This article research results stock management innovation have the direct instruction

function to Avnet.BU7s simultaneously, in this article proposed specifically the stock

management optimization strategy also has certain model function to other enterprises to

manage stock.
