泥加工制造行业而言,区域竞争日趋白热化,粗放的管理水平难于适应企业发展,
这些现实的问题使得水泥加工企业对运营管理更加关注。
本文以平凉祁连山水泥有限公司为研究对象,以该企业的生产运营优化为研
究主题,运用流程管理、质量管理、绩效管理的基础理论与工具,指导研究者分
析区域竞争状态,剖析企业生产运营中存在的现实问题,并进一步提出优化管理
的措施。
论文研究显示,平凉祁连山水泥有限公司面临着激烈的市场竞争,相较其它
竞争对手企业有优势,也有劣势。企业自身的生产组织、质量管理、技术管理、
以及现场管理等方面均存在问题。根据平凉祁连山水泥有限公司的具体情况,论
文提出了清晰的改进思路与计划,并结合企业的优劣势与实际状况,提出针对性
改进措施。并进一步就运营管理优化所需的相关保障措施作了补充研究。论文的
研究成果对改进生产运营,提高公司在市场的竞争力,保证企业长期健康的发展
有现实的指导意义。同时,通过本文也为其他同类型企业的发展提供管理改进提
升的思路。

ABSTRACT
In the process of human industrialization, with the continuous development of market
economy, the enterprise competition is getting fiercer and fiercer. How to get competition
advantage through valid enterprise operation has became the main subject that enterprise
administrator faced. For the cement manufacturing industry, the regional competition turns
white-hot, extensive management level is difficult to adapt to the development of enterprises,
these realistic problems make cement manufacture pay more attention to the operation
management.
In this paper, taking Pingliang Qilian Shan Cement Limited Company as the object of study
and this enterprise production operation optimization as the research subject, use basic theory and
means of workflow management, quality management and achievement management to guide the
researchers analyse the regional competition condition, and the realistic problems that existed in
the enterprise production operation, and further take measures of optimizing management.
This paper studies show, Pingliang Qilian Shan Cement Limited Company faced fiercer
market competition, Compared to other competitors, the enterprises have the advantages, also has
disadvantages. There are some problems of production organization, quality management,
technical management of enterprise. According to the specific situation of Pingliang Qilian Shan
Cement Limited Company, the p^per puts forward clear improvement ideas and plans, and
combined with the advantages and disadvantages and the actual status of the enterprise, put
forward the improvement measures. Furthermore it makes a supplementary study of related
safeguard measures that operation management optimization required. The research results is
practical guiding significance on improvement of production operation, enhance company
competitiveness in the market and guarantee the enterprise long-term healthy development. At the
same time,this paper also provides the ideas of improvement management for other same types of
enterprises development.
