摘要
随着经济全球化趋势日益明显,竞争越来越激烈,茂飞公司面临越来越大的挑战
作为茂飞公司非常重要的职能之一的采购管理,存在着采购成本上升、采购流程不合理、
供应商管理落后、交货期过长等问题。严重影响公司竞争力的提升。为此,迫切需要研
究该公司的采购管理问题
本文根据茂飞公司实际情况,理论与实践相结合,按提出问题,分析问题,解决问
题的思路对茂飞公司在采购管理方面进行研究。针对茂飞公司采购管理中的采购流程和
供应商选择两个方面,以供应链管理、采购管理等理论为依据,分析和研究了茂飞公司釆
购管理的现状及其存在的问题,基于ASME方法和IDEFO模型分析了供应链管理模式
下茂飞公司采购流程的改进方案。本文分析了茂飞公司采购的组织结构和供应商选择方
法,并根据战略采购理论依据对公司的组织结构进行细分和优化,同时运用层次分析法
(AHP)对供应商进行量化排序,为茂飞公司选择战略合作伙伴型供应商提供了科学合理
的评价方法。该研究对于茂飞公司的采购管理存在的问题的解决具有实际意义,同时对
于其它同类型企业在采购管理方面的运作提供了较好的借鉴和利用价值

Purchasing Management Research of Multiflx Company
Abstract
As the obvious trend of economic globalization, more and more fierce competition,
Multifix are facing more and more challenges. As one of important function in purchasing and
supply management of Multifix, the problem such as procurement costs rise, unreasonable
procurement process, poor supplier management, the delivery date is too long and so on.
Seriously affect the company's competitiveness. Therefore, purchasing management research
of Multifix Company is very urgent.
In this paper,according to the actual circumstance of Multifix Company, combined
theory with practice, according to ask questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem of
Multifix Company in purchasing management for research. For the purchasing process of
purchasing management and supplier selection two aspects of Multifix Company, such as
supply chain management, purchasing management theory on the basis of analysis and
research the Multifix Company purchasing management present situation and problems,
based on ASME method and IDEFO model of the supply chain management,Multifix
Company has improvements of procurement process. This paper analyzes the Multifix
Company procurement organizational structure and supplier selection method, according to
the strategic sourcing segmentation and theoretical basis for the company's organization
structure optimization, at the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to
quantify the supplier sort, type selection for Multifix Company strategic partner supplier
provides a scientific and reasonable evaluation method. The research about Multifix Company
purchasing management has practical meaning to solve problems, at the same time for other
similar enterprises in the purchase management operation provides a good reference and
utilization value.
