摘要
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人类赖以生存的环境遭到了极大的破坏,能源短缺
问题也円益凸显。汽车已经成为能源消耗与环境破坏的一个重要原因。电动汽车作为新
能源汽车的一种越来越受到人们的关注和重视。它既环保又节能。所以,发展资源节约
型和环境友好型的电动汽车,无论从汽车工业的发展,还是从人类社会发展的角度来看,
都是事在必行。尤其在我国发展电动汽车还有着重要的战略意义
首先,本文从一种宏观的技术哲学和产业技术论的立场出发进行研究,通过对电动
汽车概念的界定,对电动汽车技术的含义和本质进行了分析,进而描述了电动汽车技术
的技术体系,总结了电动汽车技术体系的特征
其次,通过深入挖掘与比较分析,探讨了我国电动汽车产业化的可行性,产业化意
义、产业化优势与产业化困境
最后,通过借鉴法、R、德、美等汽车工业强国对本国的电动汽车产业化措施与政
策的借鉴与解读,对我国加速电动汽车产业化的途径提出了相关建议

Abstract
With the development of economy and the progress of human society,the environment
which human beings rely on has been damaged badly and the shortage of energy is also
increasingly serious. Automobile has become a significant cause of energy consumption and
environmental destruction. As a kind of new energy vehicles, electric vehicle is becoming
more and more importance and attracting a lot of attention. It's energy saving and
environmental protectable. Therefore, it is very important to develop the vehicle which is
energy saving and environmental protection, no matter from the standpoint of motor industry
or the view of human society development. It also has immense strategic importance to
develop electric vehicle, especially in our nation.
First of all, this paper made the research from the standpoint of a macroscopic of
philosophy and theory of industrial technology. This paper has defined the concept of electric
vehicle, analyzed the meaning and essence of the technology of electric vehicle, described the
system of technology of electric vehicle, summarized the features of the system of
technology of electric vehicle.
Secondly, this paper has talked about the feasibility of the industrialization of electric
vehicle, the significance of industrialization of electric vehicle, the advantages and difficulty
of industrialization of electric vehicle.
Finally, through learning the method and policy that the industrial power adopt to promote
the industrialization of electric vehicle, just like France, Japan, Germany and USA, to give
some advise which can speed up the industrialization of electric vehicle of our nation.
