理,而供应链合作伙伴关系是供应链管理的精髓和基础。因此,加强对供应链合作伙伴
关系的治理,对S公司提升综合竞争力、谋求新的发展和突破起着至关重要的作用。
本文基于供应链合作伙伴关系管理相关的理论,综合运用文献调研和案例分析相结
合的研究方法,对S公司供应链合作伙伴关系的治理做出研宄。首先,概述S公司供应链
的现况,指出目前S公司供应链合作伙伴关系存在的问题及产生问题的原因。其次,提
出影响S公司供应链合作伙伴关系的因素,并确定S公司衡量供应链合作伙伴关系的指标
体系。最后,根据找出S公司供应链合作伙伴关系的治理的措施:包括改进供应链合作伙
伴的选择方法、制定评价供应链合作伙伴关系的评价体系、提高供应链合作伙伴分类管
理水平、制定合作协议、提高信任与信息共享水平等。本文的研究成果能够指导S公司
提高供应链合作伙伴关系的治理水平,加强S公司与合作伙伴之间的业务沟通,实现信
息的及时有效共享,有效整合供应链管理资源,不断提升S公司供应链运行效率,促进
整个供应链综合竞争力的提升。

Abstract
LED industry is being in rapid development stage, more and more enterprises are joining
into this industry, increasing competition are happening in this industry, and price wars
between enterprises are more and more fierce. In order to keep the advantage position in the
competition, company S is to strengthen the management of the supply chain, and the supply
chain partnership is the essence and foundation of supply chain management. Therefore, to
strengthen the management of supply chain partnership plays a vital role in improving
comprehensive competitiveness, seeking the new development and breakthrough for
company S.
This article was based on supply chain partner relationship management and related
theory, integrated used the research method of combination of literature research and case
analysis, made a research for supply chain partnership management of company S. First, this
article summarized an overview of the current status of company S supply chain, and pointed
out the current problems existing in the company S supply chain partnership and the causes
of the problems. Secondly, the paper noted the influencing factors of company S supply chain
partnership, and determined the measure index system of supply chain partnership of
company S. Finally, this paper found out the improving measure of company S supply chain
partnership management, including improving selection method of supply chain partners, a
set of evaluation of supply chain partnership, raising the level of classification of supply
chain partners, setting up a cooperation agreement, improving the level of information
sharing, etc. In this paper, the research results can guide the company S to raise the level of
the management of supply chain partnership, strengthen the company S business
communication between partners, achieve the timely and effective sharing of information,
integrate the supply chain management resources effectively, improve company S supply
chain efficiency, and improve the comprehensiveness of the whole supply chain.
