本文试图通过对初创企业特性的精确研究，分析初创企业的内部管理环境特性，结
合目前内部信息管理系统的实际和特点，为初创企业的内部信息管理给出实际的有效的
实施和发展路径；同时通过对目前信息技术发展的新领域（数字营销、移动互联网应用）
等企业外部信息服务平台做大量的实证分析，结合初创企业发展的市场需求，分析初创
企业如何有效地利用和获取外部有效信息，从而实现企业内外部信息的全面有效管理。
与以往该类研究不同，本文除了研究初创企业的以内部管理为主的信息系统之外，
更加着重研究在新时代背景下，企业外部信息系统的建立对初创型企业带来的好处和作
用。这种研究是更加切合初创企业的特点和实际情况的。

Abstract
The information times put forward the new request to the enterprise management, and
the word entered the information trend. There some questions come to the newly established
enterprises. How to face the challenges of the information times, how to use the new
technology, how to establish its own information systems with its own characteristics and
operation mechanism of the organization and system. So that, these enterprises use the
information times business philosophy and effectively collect external information to achieve
efficient business development and market operation. ALL of these topics is the main topics
that will be talked in my report.
This report attempts to accurately study on newly established characteristics, and
analysis of environment characteristics of internal management start-ups, combined with the
actual and the characteristics of the internal information management system. The internal
information management gives newly established effective implementation and development
path; at the same time, the new field for the development of information technology (digital
marketing, mobile internet application) a lot of empirical analysis to do outside the enterprise
information service platform, combined with newly established developing market needs,
analysis of newly established companies how to effectively use and obtain external
information, comprehensive and effective management so as to realize the enterprise internal
and external information.
The previous studies with different classes, in addition to study newly established to
internal management information system, a more focused research in the new era and the role
of external benefits of enterprise information system brings to the newly established
enterprises. This research is more in line with the characteristics of newly established and
actual situation.
