广州湛隆，这个近 20 多年来已集投资开发、经营管理、信息服务、金融支付
服务、仓储物流配送服务为一体的企业集团—广州市湛隆企业发展有限公司，其
子公司广州湛隆网络科技有限公司意图在汽车零部件行业中依托集团多年运营汽
配市场的经验和电子商务平台来打造集信息流、资金流、物流三流于一体，线上
与线下相融合的新型商业模式项目。（该项目取名“配易通”，即“配件交易，一
路畅通”之意。）
本文基于项目管理理论中的项目可行性研究和分析步骤，通过对配易通项目
在市场，技术和财务等层面的可行性分析，提出相关建议，最后得出结论。目前
项目整体分成两个部分，一是搜索交易平台建设，二是物流分销平台搭建。在项
目技术可行性分析部分，由于物流分销平台的技术分析层面主要是物流配送系统
建设，所以本文重点介绍整体电子商务平台的技术可行性分析（含物流配送系统）。
在项目经济可行性分析上，因为公司此顶目当前第一阶段的电子商务平台建设已
经完成并实现盈利，所以本文重点讨论第二阶段物流分销平台建设的财务分析，
这是项目主要盈利点。
通过三流合一的平台建设，最终打造百城百亿的规模产业，解决和缓解这个
纷繁复杂且容量巨大的行业内诸多问题，使得配易通与 NAPA 一样在汽车后市场
相辉映，通过本文的可行性分析可得知：该项目可行且前景广阔。

Abstract
The automobile aftefmarket,a scale in 1000 billions that of the virgin land which
need to develop urgently, the business blue ocean of the structural changing, the one
only contains huge business opportunities in the industry, and now, in an upcoming
birth point of China NAPA (National Automotive Parts Association), the two are
becoming the focus of attracting capital and industry elite.
Over the past 20 years, Guangzhou Zhan Long brand, has developed into a
collection of investment, development, operation and management, information
services, financial payment services, warehousing logistics and distribution services
for the integration of enterprise group. Its son company- Guangzhou Zhanlong Cyber
Company intented to build a platform, collection of information, capital, logistics
integration of online and offline of the new business model project in the auto parts
industry.The project is namedWith EASY , namely accessories trade, open all the
way.
The paper is based on the theory of project management in the project feasibility
research and analysis steps, through the project in the market, technical and financial
aspects of feasibility analysis, some Suggestions, finally come to the conclusion.
Current project as a whole is divided into two parts, one is search trading platform,
the other one is logistics distribution platform building. On the project economic
feasibility analysis, because the company the top mesh current e-commerce platform
construction has been completed and the first phase of the profit, so this article
focuses on financial analysis of the second phase construction of logistics distribution
platform (this is the project's main profit) .In the project technical feasibility analysis,
in part due to the logistics distribution platform for the construction of logistics
distribution system is mainly technical analysis level, so this article with emphasis on
the technical feasibility analysis of the electronic commercial platform (including the
logistics distribution system).
With the construction of platform, a hundred cities,ten of billions of scale
industry appear.Eventually, the feasibility analysis tell us: this project is feasible and
promising.
