摘要
社会实践中企业如果能够客观而有效的解决供应商评价与选择过程中的问
题,与合适的供应商协同互助达成互利双赢的战略合作伙伴关系,对于企业增
强竞争力,有着重要的现实意义。论文以H公司为例在借鉴前人理论和研究的
基础上,阐述了供应链及供应链管理的概念;深入分析对比了供应链管理环境
下现代伙伴关系与传统伙伴关系;将层次分析法应用于H公司供应商评价与选
择的实践中并对其进行了检验。结果表明:采用层次分析法能够客观科学的帮
助H公司评价和选择供应商,避免了传统做法上人为臆断指标权重所带来的随
意性,具有操作简单、方便灵动的特点,能够解决复杂的多结构问题。激烈市
场竞争过程中,企业如果能正确使用层次分析法等科学的方法进行供应商评价
与选择,将会高效率的选择到合适的供应商,在生产、物流、信息方面实现协
同效应,降低整个供应链的总成本提高整个供应链的竞争力,同时因为合作伙
伴关系的建立能有效减少外在因素的影响及其造成的风险使企业能够立足现在
发展未来。

Abstract
In the process of practice,if enterprises can solve the problem of supplier
evaluation and selection objectively and effectively,build the strategic partnership of
cooperation with appropriate suppliers to achieve mutual benefit and win-win
situation of mutual aid,this will enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and has
important practical significance. On the basis of previous theory and research,this
paper takes H company as an example introduces the concept of supply chain and
supply chain management; analyses and compares modern partnership in the supply
chain management environment with traditional partnership; applies hierarchy
analysis process to the practice of supplier evaluation and selection of H company;
finally, the paper also examines the application of analytic hierarchy process in
supplier evaluation and selection of H company. The results show that: using the AHP
can objectively help H company's evaluation and selection of suppliers, which avoids
randomness from the artificial judgment index, has the simple convenient and flexible
characteristics, also can solve the problem of complex structure. During the tough
market competition, if the enterprises can use the supplier evaluation and selection
method of analytic hierarchy process correctly, they will choose suitable suppliers
efficiently, and reduce the total cost of supply chain on production transportation and
information, improve the competitiveness of the entire supply chain, at the same time
as the partnership the establishment enterprises can effectively reduce the impact of
external risk and achiever future development.
