摘 要
典当业的历史悠久，被称为现代金融业的鼻祖。目前，典当业的融资功能
正越来越受到人们的关注和重视，这是典当业进入新一轮快速发展的重大历史
机遇，预示着典当业广阔的发展空间。面对中小企业融资服务这一庞大市场，
典当业发展充满着机遇，但也需要克服重重困难，解决目前典当业发展中面临
的诸多瓶颈问题。典当业要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地，首先就应做好战略
选择，明确战略目标，这样才能实现可持续发展。
本文以云南 XY 典当行的可持续发展为研究主题，运用文献分析法、个案研
究法等方法，在系统阐释典当业和战略管理理论的基础上，深入公司内部找寻
其发展存在的问题，全面分析公司的内部条件和所面临的外部环境。然后通过
SWOT 战略选择工具，对云南 XY 典当行的可持续发展战略进行了选择和定位。最
后提出了云南 XY 典当行可持续发展战略实施的保障措施。
本选题具有立意新颖（针对云南典当行业方面的研究尚属空白）、实践性强
（在具体调研基础上得出研究结论）等创新点。通过本文的研究，可以完善有
关典当行业的战略管理理论，充实案例分析与思考方面的内容，同时选题对云
南 XY 典当行的可持续发展战略选择与制定具有很强的指导价值与参考价值，对
行业内其它典当行的可持续发展战略选择也具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
The pawn shops have a long history, known as the originator of modern finance.
At present, the pawn industry finance feature is more and more people's attention and
focus, which is the mortgage industry has entered a new round of rapid development
of significant historical opportunity, heralds a pawnshop broad space for development.
Finance services for SMEs this enormous market, pawn broking is replete with
opportunities for development, and there is also a need to overcome the difficulties,
many bottlenecks faced in resolving the current mortgage industry problems. Pawn
broking in order to remain invincible in the competition in the market, should
complete the strategic choice in the first place, clear strategic objectives, so as to
achieve sustainable development.
In this paper, sustainable development as a research theme of Yunnan XY pawn
shop, with document analysis, case study method and other methods, System
illustrates the pawn broking industry and on the basis of strategic management theory,
in-depth company looking for problems in its development, a comprehensive analysis
of the company's internal conditions and the external environment facing. And then
through the SWOT strategy selection tools, strategies for the sustainable development
of Yunnan XY pawn shop is selected and positioned. Concludes with XY pawn shop
in Yunnan province sustainable development strategy for the implementation of
safeguards.
This topic show an interesting new approach (the research in the pawn industry
in Yunnan is gaps), strong practices (based on particular research findings) innovation.
Through this study, to perfect the pawn industry strategic management theory, full
case analysis and reflections on aspects of content, while subject to Yunnan province
XY pawn the strategic choice for the sustainable development and the development of
a strong guiding values and reference value, to other pawn shops in the industry's
sustainable development strategy has a certain significance.
