reasonable development strategy.
Yunnan WS Panax planting Ltd faces the test of market environment at
the beginning of the establishment It develops continuously, As a growing
enterprise, in the face of the complex environment and the high pressure of the
development,formulating the scientific development strategy and strengthen
strategic management is very important for the enterprise's own development.
This paper takes Yunnan WS Panax planting Ltd. LTD as a case. Make a
detailed analysis that is based on the theoiy of personal learning and strategy
practice of Yunnan WS Panax planting Ltd in order to promoting the
development Strategy of this enterprise, what’ s more it can provide some useful
reference for other industry enterprise development strategy.
Firstly,this paper puts the relevant theories of strategic management at
