21世纪以来,中国艺术品市场在10多年时间里获得了巨大的发展,艺术品市场的
成交额完成了从几亿元到一千多亿元的质的飞跃。根据欧洲美术基金发布的2011年全
球艺术市场趋势报告显示,中国超过美国成为当前全球最活跃、成交金额最大的艺术
品投资收藏市场。艺术品收藏投资也成为与房地产投资、证券投资并列的三大投资方
式之一。中国古代艺术品做为收藏的历史远远流长,但做为一种纯粹的投资手段还处
于起步阶段,还面临着很多问题,这些问题不单是对艺术品投资市场的健康发展不利,
对投资者来说同样存在着巨大的风险,在此背景下,如何管理和控制中国古代艺术品
投资过程中的风险,就成为亟待解决的问题。

本文通过对中国古代艺术品投资相关概念和范围的界定,指出适合投资的中国古
代艺术品门类;对中国古代艺术品的价值、价格特性进行了认真的分析,并把艺术品
投资与其他投资进行了分类比较,同时,对中国古代艺术品投资特性和交易动作方式
也进行了认真的分析,在此基础上,结合成熟的市场经济理论,特别是风险控制理论,
对中国古代艺术品投资内在和外在的风险进行分析,总结出九大风险,即:艺术品标
的真伪的选择性风险,交易机会的风险,宏观经济的系统性风险,艺术品政策法规性
风险,价格波动性风险,估值的风险,信用的风险,贮藏性风险,流通交易性风险。

通过对存在风险的分析就如何控制风险提出措施和对策。包括,基本政策研判和宏观
经济分析的风险控制,基于投资原则的风险控制,基于投资手段的风险控制,基于制
度保障的风险控制。

作者力求把自己多年在中国古代艺术品收藏投资实践中总结的一些经验体会通过
本文展现给读者,能够为中国古代艺术品投资风险控制提供可以参考的实践模式,在
降低投资风险的同时,给投资者带来相应的经济回报和无限的精神乐趣。

ABSTRACT

Since twenty-first Century, the Chinese art market has made a huge leap forward in 10

years, the art market transaction scale completed from billions yuan to 100 billion yuan.

According to the he global art market trends report conducted by European Fine Art Fund in

2011,China has replaced the United States as the world's most active art market. Artwork

investment has become one of the three major investment, along with real estate investment

and stock investment. It is a long history for Chinese ancient artwork collection, but it is still

in a initial stage as a pure investment means. There are many problems, which are harmful

to the development of the art investment market, and the investors are also in great risk.

Therefore, how to manage and control the risk of ancient Chinese art work investment

becomes an urgent problem.

This paper defines the related concepts and range of ancient Chinese art works

investment, points out the ancient Chinese art categories which is suitable for investment.

The value, price characteristics of Chinese ancient artworks are analyzed carefully,

meanwhile the artwork investment and other investment were classified and compared. This

paper also analyzes the Chinese ancient art investment and trading action. Based on these

analysis and comparison, combined with the mature market economy theory, especially the

theory of risk control, we summarizes nine risks by analyzing internal and external risks of

the investment on the Chinese ancient artwork, they are Selective risk art subject authenticity,

trading opportunity risk, system risk of macroeconomic policies and regulations, the art of

risk, the risk of price fluctuation, the risk of valuation, credit risk, storage risk,exchange risk.

Some measures and countermeasures are taken through the analysis on how to control

risk .Including, risk control of basic policy judgments and macro economy, risk control

based on the investment principle, risk control based on investment means,risk control

based on system security.

The author tries to put his years of experience in the practice of some investment in the

Chinese ancient artwork experience to readers through this paper, it can provide the

reference to the practice mode of Chinese ancient artwork investment risk control, to reduce

investment risk and bring the corresponding economic returns and the spirit of the infinite

pleasure to investors.
