ABSTRACT
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, grow with
each passing day social competitiveness, the importance of quality of enterprise and the
rapid warming of the competition is intense, the quality problem has become the main
elements affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises want to
have good development, must use the advanced quality management theory, and combined
the production characteristics, and comprehensively improve tiie quality of the products,
thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, access to the survival and development
opportunities. In this paper, through the analysis and Research on the total quality
management in A packaging company, the quality management status summary of A
company in the production activities,and according to the procedures and steps of total

measures,analyzed and summarized systematically, a new mechanism makes the final A
Packaging Co.,the establishment of a comprehensive quality management, so as to gain the
