本文从DT企业通讯电源的品质管理工作实际出发,运用品质管理、运营管理相关
体系理论和品质改进工具方法,提出量化的全过程品质管理评价体系概念,开展了其
量化全过程品质管理评价体系的设计与应用研究工作。研究成果一方面有利于提高DT
企业的品质管理工作,同时提供给相关企业幵展品质管理工作提供可行的参考。具体
有以下几个方面,
首先,本文阐述了通过戴明博士的PDCA的品质持续改善的应用,提出量化的品质
评价体系的四个步骤,其包括资料的收集、资料的审核、资料量化转换和持续应用更
新的过程。这样为奠定了整个量化的全过程品质管理体系的基础。
其次,本文通过对FMEA理论中的RPN风险优先数的研究,运用RPN评估问题风险
程度的特点,转而用来评定标准条文的重要程度。依据风险越高的项目,其中重要程
度也更高的原则,建立量化转换模型。
最后,本文根据量化的品质评价体系的形成机制,推导出从产品设计及验证、产
品生产制程设计及验证到量产制程的品质管理的评价体系的工具,其分别对应设计评
价标准(DFS)、制程设计评价标准(MFS)和制程品质管理评价标准(QPA)。并根据评
价工具的特点设计管理流程,多重把关,形成从源头管理的品质预防管理。根据市场
的瞬息万变的特点,在过程品质管理中应用把握重点和关键点的前提条件下,做到“十
拿九稳”(满分的标准收集设计,90%的重点和关键点的需要合格通过,10%持续改善)
缩短产品设计评估验证的周期,减少失败品质成本,用以满足市场需求。
筒品质的广品,闻品质的管理,局品质的服务是一■直被追求的目标。如何设ii ‘
套合理的、完整的评价体系,用以衡量产品、管理和服务“好”程度正是本文所研究
解决的内容。

ABSTRACT
Following with the economic development, the quality management is getting
matured,and the quality management system is also have the gradual integration in each
industry,the basic requirements and the clauses are having more interoperability. In current
numerous quality management requirements and methods, to execute the system
appropriately is the key for every enterprise.
This article is based on the research of the DT enterprise's communications power,we
start from the question what enterprise facing now from quality management and provide the
proposed quantitative with whole process of quality management evaluation system to solve
the business of difficulties, and hope to provide relevant enterprise reference.
First, this article describes the four steps of Deming's PDCA quality continued to
improve application proposed quantitative quality evaluation system, including data
collection, data audit data quantify the conversion and continued to apply the update process.
This lay the foundation of the entire quantitative process quality management system.
Secondly, through the FMEA theoiy RPN risk priority number of studies,the use of the
risk characteristics of the RPN assessment issues,used to assess the degree of importance of
the provision of turn. Based on the higher the risk of the project,one of the important degree
higher principle, to establish a quantitative transformation model.
Finally, according to quantify the quality evaluation system of the building steps, we
deduced the tools of the evaluation from product design and validation, product production
process design and validation to production manufacturing process of quality management of
the evaluation system of tools, corresponding to the (DFS), (MFS) and (QPA).This article
designs the management process based on the characteristics of the design of the evaluation
tool management processes, multiple checks, formed from the source management quality
prevention management. According to the characteristics of the market's ever-changing,
During process quality management, we should apply and grasp the premise of the priorities
and key points, do almost certain (out of the standard collection design, 90% of the focus
and the key point of the need to pass the ] 0% continuous improvement) to shorten the design
validation period. And reduce the quality failure cost to fulfill the requirement in the market.
High-quality products, the management of high-quality, high-quality service has always
