Abstract
Economic globalization has become an important characteristic of present-day society, Base
on the background of economic globalization, to realize internationalization strategy and
accelerate internationalization process is a strategic choice for China company to face the
economic globalization wave. HC Company as the industry automation equipment manufacturer,
with the increasing in performance, company has already up to large-scale, How to manage the
internationalization operation has become into an urgent topic for HC.
Firstly, summarizes the relative theories and literature on the internationalization, from
international trade strategy, overseas investment strategy and internationalization theory for
developing country, systematically elaborates international evolutionary and entry mode, and
review the relative international operation literature at home and abroad.
Secondly, base on HC Company's real business condition, analysis on gross income, export
income and products, summarizes the company international operation mode. Through the
reason of international analysis, international operation SWOT analysis and representative
sample analysis, summarizes the problems and matter which HC met and faced.
Finally, in view of met problem and matter, generate the available internationalization
approaches, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
From the company's analysis, this dissertation not only has the reference significance for the
developing internationalization management, but also has the guide value to build the strategy of
internationalization management.
