年成立以来,发展非常迅速。但是由于在采购管理方面的经验不足,再加之公司有时也
疏于这方面的管理,这样公司的釆购成本高、库存压力大、产品交付不及时等问题也就
逐渐凸显出来,制约了公司的进一步发展。因此,要想公司在市场激烈竞争中立于不败
之地,就必须对公司的采购管理模式进行重新的设计和完善,进而降低釆购成本,控制
库存,实现公司利益最大化。
本文首先对S公司的釆购管理流程、库存控制和供应商管理的现状进行分析,找出
S公司在釆购管理方面存在的主要问题。然后运用现代的釆购管理理论,对S公司的物
料分别采用ABC分类法和物料供应细分法进行分类。针对不同类别的物料采用不同的采
购策略,并根据物料供应细分的结果对供应商进行分类矩阵管理。由此确定供应商的类
型,建立良好的供求关系。本文还制定了一系列的供应商管理流程,建立了供应商绩效
评价体系。最后,对策略实施后的效果进行总结。
本文选择了 S公司这样发展中的中小型企业进行釆购策略的研究,是具有一定的代
表性和现实意义的,对其他类似的公司也具有一定的参考价值。

Procurement Strategy Study of S Company
Abstract
Procurement management, as an emerging business, has attracted the attention of the
people along with the rapid development of the global economic integration and the S
company is a company that mainly produces the automobile electronic products. It has seen a
very fast development of itself since the establishment in 2004. But further progress is
restricted by the lack of the procurement management experience and the neglect of the
management concept in this area; both the procurement cost and the stock pressure are facing
problem and the untimely deliveries of the products become apparent. Therefore, in order to
survive and win in the fierce market competition, it must rebuild and perfect its procurement
management mode to lower the cost, control the stock, and at last maximize the profit.
This thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of S company's procurement
management process, the stock control and the management of the suppliers to find out the
main defects in procurement management, and then classifies the materials of S company
with modern procurement management theories, ABC classification method and the material
supply segmentation method. The analysis helps classify different materials according to
different procurement strategies and control the suppliers with classification matrix in
accordance with the segmentation result. In this way, the type of the suppliers can be better
determined and a good relationship will be also established. This thesis also formulates a
series of supplier management process and a supplier performance evaluation system and in
the end, concludes the effects after the application of the strategies.
It shows a practical significance and representation value to choose a middle or small
developing company like S company to conduct the research concerning procurement strategy.
Also, the research is, to some extent, conduction to studying the experience for the similar
companies.
