摘要
在现代高科技企业中,员工跨部门协同与创新绩效的关系越来越受到学术界的关
注。本文以高科技企业从业人员为研究对象,通过对296名员工的网络问卷调研,对组
织内员工的跨部门协同及其四个维度(协同能力、资源获取、知识共享和共同解决问题)
与创新绩效的关系进行了实证研究,并检验了在组织支持感在跨部门协同与创新绩效间
的调节作用。本文得出以下结论:(1)跨部门协同对创新绩效有着显著的正向影响;(2)
组织支持感在跨部门协同和创新绩效间发挥着调节变量的角色,协同能力在低组织支持
感支持下对创新绩效存在着显著的正向影响关系。本文最后对提升员工跨部门协同和创
新绩效提出了建议,希望能对我国企业提供管理借鉴。

Abstract

The paper is an Empirical study of the relationship between Inter-Organization

relationships and Innovation performance in Chinese Cultural .The target of this research is

the employees who are in the high-tech Enterprise, enterprise. The four Dimensions of

inter-Organization Relationships are integration ability, knowledge sharing, solve the problem

together, Complementary resources are researched with Innovation performance .At mean

while, the Perceived Organizational support (POS) is introduced as the media variable, Which

has the regulating function between Inter- Organization relationships and Innovations

performanceThe conclusions are made through the analysis by the statistics software. The

main results as follows: (1) There is a significant positive relevance between the four

dimensions of inter-Organization relationships and Innovation performance; (2) There is a

significant positive relevance between integration ability and innovation performance when

under low POS; (3) POS effectively mediate the Inter-Organization relationships and

Innovation performance.
