Abstract
The paper is an Empirical study of the relationship between Inter-Organization
relationships and Innovation performance in Chinese Cultural .The target of this research is
the employees who are in the high-tech Enterprise, enterprise. The four Dimensions of
inter-Organization Relationships are integration ability, knowledge sharing, solve the problem
together, Complementary resources are researched with Innovation performance .At mean
while, the Perceived Organizational support (POS) is introduced as the media variable, Which
has the regulating function between Inter- Organization relationships and Innovations
performanceThe conclusions are made through the analysis by the statistics software. The
main results as follows: (1) There is a significant positive relevance between the four
dimensions of inter-Organization relationships and Innovation performance; (2) There is a
significant positive relevance between integration ability and innovation performance when
under low POS; (3) POS effectively mediate the Inter-Organization relationships and
Innovation performance.
