C公司所处的汽车电子零配件行业,市场竞争异常激烈,单靠公司自身力量接受挑
战难有胜算把握。公司必须整合供应商,加强供应商管理,而供应商质量管理又是供应
商管理的基础。本文选取C公司供应商开发与选择作为研究课题,以帮助C公司更好地
管理供应商,提高企业竞争力,提高客户满意度。
本文基于供应商供应商质量管理的相关的理论,综合运用文献调研、问卷调查和实
例分析相结合的研究方法,对C公司的供应商开发与选择展开研究。首先,阐述C公司
供应商供应商开发与选择的流程与现状,分析C公司供应商开发与选择管理系统存在的
问题及产生问题的原因。其次,提出C公司供应商开发与选择改善,设计和分析指标调
查问卷来确定供应商评价与选择指标。最后,运用层次分析法来确定供应商评价指标体
系及指标的权重,并对供应商进行评分,使得供应商评价与选择可以更全面和客观的,
也为后续的供应商管理打下良好的基础,提高了公司供应链的竞争力。

Abstract
Facing fierce competition and challenges in Automotive Electronic Industry, company C
is difficult to conquer other competitors just by its own strength. Therefore, companies have
to utilize its supplier chain and strengthen the supplier quality management. This article
selects the supplier quality management system for company C as research subject, in order to
help Company C to improve the system,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, increase
the customers' satisfaction
This thesis based on the relevant theories of supplier development、 evaluation and
selection, the integrated use of literature research, questionnaire survey and case analysis to
investigate the supplier quality management system of Company C. First of all, this thesis
describe the status of Company C on the supplier development and selection system, analysis
Company C the problems of and the reasons. Then, determine the improvement on
developming suppliers and selecting suppliers, design and analysis index questionnaire to fix
the supplier evaluation index. Finally, using the theory and method of analytic hierarchy
process (AHP) to determine the supplier evaluation index system and the weight of indexes,
the grade suppliers, which makes the supplier evaluation and selection system can be
comprehensive, objective to evaluate suppliers, to choose the supplier which is proper and
accord with Company C needs and improve the competitiveness of the supply chain. At the
end,based on the PCB suppliers for Company C, carried on analyzing the case of supplier
evaluation and selection. According to the evaluation results, the evaluation system and the
methods are scientific and practical.
