本文按照“问题提出—问题分析—问题解决”的基本研究模式,对以 M 公司
为代表的民营企业技术创新战略进行实证分析,其主要内容如下:
首先,以战略管理和企业创新战略为理论基础,分析了中国民营企业实施创
新战略的内外部环境,阐释了中国民营企业技术创新战略的必要性。
其次,对 M 公司进行发展战略分析,其中包括其背景分析、宏观政治经济环
境分析、行业竞争分析以及该公司内外部资源分析等。通过 SWOT 分析,确定公
司的创新战略目标,研究确定公司创新战略重点、战略领域,即以技术创新战略
为核心的方案。
最后,通过综合分析得出公司的创新战略发展纲领、发展目标,运用技术创
新、人力资源管理创新、制度创新等原理和知识进行战略控制实施,以达到整合
公司业务的能力,从而提高公司的整体竞争能力,促进公司跨越式的发展。
本文的研究旨在对民营企业不断调整自身的创新战略,来实现企业健康稳步
发展,对 M 公司的发展及其他类似企业提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Abstract
30 years of reform and opening up, Chinese private enterprises have become
important force to promote China’s social and economic development. With the
deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and China’s accession to the global market,
the private enterprises face increasingly tough competitive environment. With the trend
of knowledge economy and economic globalization, technological innovation becomes
more and more important and urgent for the private enterprises. On the basis of
collecting related information and unscrambling innovation strategy theory, the paper
takes “M Company” as the study object. The study of technological innovation strategy
may conduct Chinese private enterprises, and has important practical significance.
The paper follows the model of “raise questions-analysis-solve the problem”, takes
M Company as the research paradigm, and analyzes Chinese private enterprises
technological innovation strategy. Its main contents are as follows:
Firstly, based on theories of “strategy management” and “innovation strategy”, the
paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Chinese private enterprises and
explains the necessity of implementation of technological innovation strategy.
Secondly, with the external and internal analysis of M’s development strategy
including background, macro-economy and politics, core competence, internal and
external resources. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the innovation strategy target and
focus is confirmed.
Finally, this paper works out the innovation strategy development program and aim.
With the application of technology, human resources management and institution
innovation theory, the business of the company can be integrated, and the whole
competitiveness can be improved.
The paper can be a strategically guideline for the developing of M Company in
some years as well as valuable reference for other private enterprises in similar status.
