摘要
企业业务流程再造(Business Process Reengineering ,简称BPR)是在新的市场环境下与新的技术条件支持下而产生的企业管理变革。本文以依春服饰有限公司作为研究对象,对业务流程再造(BPR)的理论和方法进行研究:结合企业实际,按照流程再造的思想,提出对依春服饰有限公司业务流程及组织机构进行改革的构想和实施方案,通过对依春服饰有限公司运行情况和内外部环境调查分析,探讨对企业的组织结构、生产流程等进行业务流程再造的必要性和可行性,并制定出相应的实施方案,对该方案的效益进行预测分析。

Abstract
BPR is the reform of the industrial management resulted form the new market environment and the support of the new technological condition. This article gives a new reform idea and an application plan on how to reengineering its business process and its organization structure by structure by studying the theory of BPR and combining with the real condition of theYICHUN Clothing CO., LTD. After investigation of the external environment and its functioning circumstances and analysis of the running situation of the corporation, it points out the necessity and availability of BPR and puts forward an implementing plan as well a systematic evaluation for the profit and dangers.
