ABSTRACT
With the development of market economy, human resources management has been
become the key issue for enterprises to gain its competition. This paper takes JK
company’s employee as study objects, introduces the development of JK company and
human resources, analyses its current salary system’s situation and problems. Based
on the detailed analysis of current position-based salary system, this paper puts forward
four aspects need to be improved, including guiding principles, goals and detailed
implementation plan. With three based rules concerning fair, reasonable, risk-income
equality, the paper proposes to complete the position-based salary system from position
evaluation, position level, the composition and adjustment of position-based salary.
Finally the paper propose how to implement the new position-based pay and take
safeguard measures to support the improved the new salary system.
