摘要
随着市场经济的发展,人力资源管理成为现代企业获取竞争优势的关键。本
文以 JK 企业在岗员工为研究对象,介绍了 JK 企业发展情况,分析 JK 企业人力资
源现状,以及薪酬体系现状及问题。在分析 JK 企业现行薪酬体系的基础上,提出
了岗位薪酬的改进原则、改进目标、指导思想和改进方案四部分。提出在公平性、
合理化、风险收益对三大原则的前提下,从岗位价值评估、岗位等级、岗位薪酬
构成及动态增长等方面,提出改进岗位薪酬体系及水平,进而完成岗位薪酬改进。

本论文并相应提出改进后的岗位薪酬体系实施关键与保障措施。

ABSTRACT
With the development of market economy, human resources management has been
become the key issue for enterprises to gain its competition. This paper takes JK
company’s employee as study objects, introduces the development of JK company and
human resources, analyses its current salary system’s situation and problems. Based
on the detailed analysis of current position-based salary system, this paper puts forward
four aspects need to be improved, including guiding principles, goals and detailed
implementation plan. With three based rules concerning fair, reasonable, risk-income
equality, the paper proposes to complete the position-based salary system from position
evaluation, position level, the composition and adjustment of position-based salary.
Finally the paper propose how to implement the new position-based pay and take
safeguard measures to support the improved the new salary system.
