X 公司人力资本投资风险规避研究

摘要：进行人力资本投资是企业对内部劳动力进行优化配置的有效手段。同
时能够提高企业的市场竞争力，为企业增加更多的收益。对其人力资本投资的目
的是提高人力资本为企业带来的收益，以便制定更合理有效的人力资本投资计划。
在现实中由于经济现象很复杂，在人力资本投资时总是存在各种各样的风险，给
企业带来损失。本文就立足于 X 公司，从企业内部分析其人力资本投资时面临的
风险并通过风险评估的办法以及建立一个风险预警的体系，针对存在的风险提出
一系列规避措施。方便企业在以后的人力资本投资过程中能够有效地规避和防范。
本文研究的人力资本投资风险规避的意义和目的，旨在对 X 公司以后的发展
提供好的人力资支持，有效地规避风险。以及国内外对于人力资本投资风险的研
究现状。通过对 X 公司的人力资本投资风险现状分析，并在此基础上分析 X 公司
在人力资本投资时存在风险的原因。
采用专家评分法对 X 公司存在的人力资本投资风险进行了评估，找出目前 X
公司存在的风险以及风险较大的部门。然后建立一个预警体系，通过科学的体系
为公司的人力资本投资风险提供了预警，方便管理者能及时采取相应的措施。

Abstract
Corporate staff, investment in human capital is an effective means to improve the
internal labor market allocation of resources. At the same time be able to improve the
market competitiveness of enterprises, more revenue for the enterprise. The purpose of
their investment in human capital is human capital benefits for the enterprise, in order
to develop a more rational and effective human capital investment plans. In reality, due
to the very complex economic phenomena in human capital investment there is always
a variety of risks, and cause losses to the enterprise. In this paper, based on the
Company X, analyze the risks faced by the company in the investment in human
capital, in order to avoid these risks, the authors propose a risk assessment approach, as
well as the establishment of a risk warning system, and put forward a series of
measures to avoid risks. Convenient enterprise human capital investment process can
effectively avoid and prevent.
Article describes the meaning and purpose of this study, human capital investment
risk aversion, good human resources support to the future development of the company
X, and effectively avoid risks. And research status at home and abroad for the risk of
investment in human capital.

Company X as well as the higher risk sectors. Then to establish an early warning
