摘要
近些年来,人力资源管理已经越来越在企业管理中受到重视,人力资源管理
已经提升到企业战略层面,因此对企业人力资源管理体系的研究显得非常重要,
本文针对真爱集团目前人力资源管理现状以及管理中存在的问题进行了分析,以
期解决真爱集团目前人力资源管理中存在的问题。
本文采用文献研究法和实证分析法,结合真爱集团进行分析,针对公司目前
人力资源管理中存在的问题,文章主要是从人力资源规划、招聘体系、培训管理
体系、绩效管理体系、薪酬管理体系几个方面建立完善的人力资源管理体系,并
在最后提出了实施保障措施。
文章主要包括五个部分,第一部分绪论,介绍了研究的背景意义、研究内容
和主要观点、研究思路和方法。其中,釆用案例研究与理论运用相结合的方法,
运用了文献研究法、观察法、访谈法等多种调研法。同时参阅了真爱集团历年的
人力资源管理资料,经过收集、整理,分析公司的人力资源管理存在的问题;第
二部分阐述了相关理论,对人力资源管理、人力资源管理的基本理论、理论发展
趋势进行了文献综述。第三部分结合真爱集团现状分析,分析存在的问题。第四
部分针对第三章公司存在的问题进行分析,从人力资源管理流程分别从人力资源
规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬几个角度建立适合真爱集团的方案。第五部分针
对真爱集团人力资源管理体系优化方案建立保障,提出分别从企业文化、管理工
具、完善职能、改善组织结构四个方面进行了阐述。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, human resources management has become increasingly in business
management attention, human resources management has been elevated to the level of
corporate strategy, and therefore the study of enterprise human resource management
system is very important in this paper for love Group Human Resource Management
and management issues were analyzed in order to solve the problem of True Love
Group human Resource Management.
Using documentary research and empirical analysis, combined with the love Group
to analyze the company's current problems in human resource management, a few of the
article is mainly from the human resources planning, recruitment system, training
management system,performance management, remuneration management system
aspects to establish a sound human resources management system, and proposed the
implementation of safeguards in the final.
The article includes five parts,the first part of the introduction describes the
background to the study significance, content and the main points,ideas and methods.
Among them, using case studies and theoretical use a combination of methods, the use
of literature, observation, interviews and other research method. Also refer to the Group
of love over the years of human resources management information,through the
collection,collation, analysis of the problems of the company's human resource
management; second part describes the relevant theory, human resources management,
human resource management theory,theory development trends conducted a literature
review. The third part of True Love Group analysis, analysis of existing problems. Part
IV of Chapter III of company problems in analysis, human resource management
processes and human resources planning,recruitment, training, performance, salary
several angles to establish programs for True Love Group. The fifth part for the love
Group human resources management system optimization, security, raising from the
corporate culture,management tools, improve the functions of the four aspects of
improving the organizational structure described.
