摘 要
临武舜华鸭业公司是湖南省农产加工食品行业的一家大型企业,建于 1999
年,作为一家规模较大、有着悠久发展历史的食品加工企业,面对同行业的激烈
竞争,随着竞争者的加入,以及食品安全卫生质量门槛的逐步提高,必定加剧农
产品加工行业新陈代谢的过程,一些设备工艺落后,管理水平低,产品质量不稳
定的企业将逐步被淘汰出局。为了应对巨大的生存压力,企业必须有效利用所拥
有的各种资源,提高产品的市场竞争力。
本文正是基于以上背景,充分运用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方式,分析
了临武舜华鸭业公司质量管理存在的问题,阐述了公司进行质量管理改进的必要
性和实际意义。同时,为确保本文质量改进方案能适应于公司的发展,较好的使
用目前较新的研究成果,本文就质量管理做了大量的文献研究,对质量的内涵、
质量管理发展阶段、质量管理理论、质量管理应用研究等进行了探讨。在理论研
究的基础上,本文对临武舜华鸭业公司的发展历程、组织结构、企业文化等进行
了深入研究,在此基础上提出临武舜华鸭业公司质量管理存在的问题。结合以上
理论研究与实践分析,本文紧紧切合临武舜华鸭业公司质量管理存在的问题,提
出了系统的改进方案。改进方案主要从动态质量经济分析模式等五个方面进行系
统的分析。最后,为确保改善方案的有效实施,结合临武舜华鸭业公司的现状和
战略需要,本文介绍了改善方案的实施步骤,并提出了改善方案实施所需的支持
措施。
全面的质量管理在提高临武舜华鸭业公司产品质量管理水平的同时,将给公
司带来经济效益和企业文化等多方面的收获。

Abstract
Linwu Shunhua Duck Company is a large enterprise in agricultural food industry
in Hunan. It founded in 1999. As a larger scale and long history agricultural food
enterprise, facing the keen competition in the same industry, accompanying
competitors to join, as well as the threshold of food safety and quality gradually
increase, this industry updates more quickly. In this situation, some enterprises that has
a low level management, has some old-time equipment, and product quality are not
stable will gradually be eliminated. In order t o cope with the enormous pressure to
survive, the enterprise must use all kinds of resources to improve the market
competitiveness of products.
This paper was based on the above background, making full use of theoretical
research and empirical research combined, elaborated the necessity and the practical
significance for the company implementing quality improvement management. At the
same time, in order to ensure that the improvement programs can be adapted to the
company's development, and better using newer research, the paper has a large number
of literature researches on the theory of quality management’s meaning, development
phase, quality management theory and so on. On the basis of theoretical research, this
paper had undertook thorough research on development, organizational structure,
corporate culture, and multi-project management current situation for the company, put
forward on problems of quality management for the company, on a combination of the
above theoretical research and practical analysis, this paper put forward system
improvement programs by closely attaching to problems for the enterprise. The
improved program contains five aspects, such as dynamic quality analysis. Finally, in
order to ensure the scheme implemented effectively, combining with the current
situation and strategic needs for the company, this paper introduces the implementation
steps, and put forward the measures improvement required for supporting the scheme.
Comprehensive quality management could bring economic benefit, enterprise
culture and other aspects of the harvest for the company, complying improving its
product quality management level.
