摘 要
随着信息技术的发展和应用范围的不断扩大，软件项目管理越来越具有普遍
性。分析软件项目的内在特征和特有问题，在项目管理知识体系的架构下，有针
对性地开发适应性的理念和方法，将是 IT 项目管理领域的发展方向。
文章参照我国 C-PMBOK2006 项目流程管理知识体系，运用多种成熟项目管
理的技术，研究构建湖南湘邮科技公司的软件综合平台项目管理制度与体系。本
文首先对湖南湘邮科技公司的业务类型进行分析，归纳总结出湖南湘邮科技公司
软件项目管理的特点，然后对湖南湘邮科技公司软件项目管理现状进行研究，通
过对历史数据的统计分析寻找出湖南湘邮科技公司软件项目管理上存在的范围管
理、进度管理、成本管理和质量管理四个方面的主要矛盾。针对这些问题，文章
一一提出了优化策略，并选择湖南湘邮科技公司的邮易购开展案例研究。文章最
后，提出了湖南湘邮科技公司做好软件项目管理的保障措施，希望通过对于项目
管理理念的深入、管理制度的健全、人才团队的建设等各方面的努力，使得湖南

类研究起到抛砖引玉的作用；实践中通过对湖南湘邮科技公司软件综合管理平台

也有利于加深本人对现有工作的了解，更好地从事软件开发项目管理工作。

Abstract
With the development and application of information technology is expanding
constantly, software project management is more and more universal. Analysis of the
characteristic and unique problems of software project, the project managem ent
knowledge system architecture, the ideas and methods to develop adaptive, will be the
development direction of IT in project management field.
In the light of our country C-PMBOK2006 project management knowledge
system, using a variety of mature project management technology, the study of the
construction of Hunan Copote Science & Technology CO.,LTD software integrated
platform for project management system. This paper firstly analyze business types of
Hunan Copote Science & Technology CO.,LTD, summarized the characteristics of
Hunan Copote Science & Technology CO.,LTD of software project management, and
then study the current situation of project management software of Hunan Copote
Science & Technology CO.,LTD, based on statistical analysis of historica l data to find
out the principal contradiction from four aspects of scope management, Hunan Copote
Science & Technology CO.,LTD software project management the schedule
management, cost management and quality management. Aiming at these problems,
the article one one optimization strategies are proposed, and the choice of Hunan
Copote Science & Technology CO.,LTD post purchase to conduct case study. Finally,
put forward Hunan Copote Science & Technology CO.,LTD to guarantee measures of
software project management, hope all through the project management ideas,
