摘 要
本文主要是对安平远程教育学院教学质量控制进行了研究。采用了文献法,访
谈法和调查问卷法。在远程教育的教育理论基础上,结合全面质量理论、消费者心
理分析理论、服务质量 SERVQUAL 模型和顾客满意度,根据安平开放教育学院的实际
情况设计了访谈大纲和调查问卷,在对数据的整理分析后,了解了学院目前教学质
量的现状和教学质量控制中存在的不足和缺陷,提出了一个可行的教学质量控制模
型,旨在有效得保证学院良好的教学质量。
本文共有五章内容:第一章为绪论部分,主要是研究的背景、意义,以及本论
文的相关文献与理论;第二章是安平远程教育学院教学质量的现状分析,主要通过
学校的统计数据和对于教务管理人员、督导处、任课教师三方的访谈整理数据,对
于学院的教学质量现状有了一定的了解,并发现存在的问题,并探究原因。第三章
是安平远程教育学院教学质量学生调查分析,是对于第二章中发现的问题进一步的
探索和研究,通过对于教学服务对象——学生,进行调查问卷,根据调查问卷的统
计数据进行分析,发现教学质量控制中的不足,分析总结出教学质量控制的重要环
节。第四章是本文的核心,是安平远程教育学院教学质量控制研究,建立了一个适
合安平远程教育学院的教学质量控制模型,并对于模型中个控制环节和控制要点进
行了阐述。第五章是结论,包括研究的结论和有待进一步思考的问题。

ABSTRACT
This paper is mainly about research on the AnPing School of distance education
teaching quality control .By using literature method, interview method and questionnaire
method. Based on the educational theory of distance education, Combined with The
theory of comprehensive quality 、 the theory of consumer psychology analysis,
SERVQUAL model of service quality and customer satisfaction, according to the actual
situation of the AnPing Open Education College outline of interview and questionnaire
design. After analyzing the data to understand the shortcomings of the current teaching
quality and the control of teaching quality, Put forward a feasible teaching quality control
model. In order to guarantee good teaching quality of the college effectively.
This paper has five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly is the
research background, significance, and relevant literature and theory of this paper. The
second chapter is the analysis of the present situation of distance education quality of
teaching level, Mainly through the statistical data of school and for educational
administrators, supervisors, teachers three finishing the interview data have a certain
understanding of the status of college teaching quality, and find the existing problems,
and explore the reasons. The third chapter is the investigation and analysis about students
of AnPing School of Distance Education how feel the quality of teaching and further
research is to find problems in the second chapter through the teaching service object——
students,carry on the questionnaire survey, the analysis on the statistical data of the
questionnaire found that the lack of quality control in Teaching analysis of the important
link of teaching quality control. The fourth chapter is the core of this article is the study
on the teaching quality control AnPing School of Distance Education,Set up a teaching
quality control model for the AnPing College of distance education ,And described the
model control link and control point . The fifth chapter is the conclusion, including the
research conclusion and the further consideration.
