摘 要
最近 5 年来中国电梯市场产销量以每年超过 15%左右的速度增长,电梯企业追
求销量的同时,却给维修保养使用电梯留下了质量和安全隐患。国家质量技术监督
总局和北京质量技术监督局要求在整个电梯产业推出制造企业负责电梯的安全质
量为终身承担的机制,电梯制造单位对电梯质量、安全运行涉及的所有问题要终身
负责;
H 公司是全球最大的电梯公司之一,电梯公司的供应商质量评价及其管理选择
的科学与否、供应商最终产品质量表现直接关系到电梯公司的生存与发展、最终使
用客户的人身安全。所以研究 H 公司电梯企业如何保证并改进现有供应商评价及其
管理质量水平、提高供应商供货的产品质量水平、确保电梯使用人员的人身安全成
为重大问题。
本文以 H 公司供应商质量评价及其管理体系和部件认证流程为研究对象,通过
分析 H 公司供应商质量评价体系、部件认证流程标准中存在问题:诸如体系认证过
多关注文件准备,部件认证后没有严格的定期部件过程审核标准要求,公司供应商
质量管理工程师少等问题,提出并建立了新的供应商质量评价体系、认证标准,增
加了 7 项质量管理认证体系底线要求、将日常供应质量表现纳入年度供应商认证级
别考核,增加了新的关键部件定期过程审核体要求,制定了新供应商质量审核团队
规则与成员范围等;最终通过以上改进了 H 公司的产品质量客户投诉召休率大大下
降和 PPM 得到降低, 2012 年底、2013 年发布的 4 款新产品顺利投放到了国内外市
场,客户,产品质量与安全性能得到了客户高度赞扬。对整个电梯行业供应链质量
和其他电梯公司产品的质量提高与发展有重大推动、影响和指导作用。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's elevator production and sales to an annual growth rate of
about 20%, the enterprises in the pursuit of sales, but also to the quality and safety of the
left elevator. H company is the largest elevator company, its products in 2011 7.5 on
the Beijing subway escalator safety accident causing death, one important reason is
because the event caused by supplier quality defect, Beijing City Quality Supervision
Bureau in the end of 2011 and in 2012 for the elevator manufacturing unit working
mechanism responsible for life in the rail transportation projects, requirements of
elevator manufacturing unit lifelong responsible for quality problems involved in quality
and safe operation of the elevator.
Thus the elevator enterprise supplier evaluation and selection of quality
management is scientific or not, the supplier's quality performance is directly related to
the survival and development of enterprises, the use of the customer's personal safety. So
the research of H company elevator enterprises how to guarantee and improve the current
supplier selection and management of suppliers, improve the quality level of the product
quality, to ensure that personnel use the elevator's safety has become a major problem.
In this paper, in order to supplier quality management of H company as the research
object, by analyzing the H company supplier quality management system certification
criteria problems: such as system certification of paying too much attention to document
preparation, component certification is not strictly periodic component process audit
standards and requirements, the company supplier quality engineer less, is proposed and
an increase of 7 quality management system certification requirements, the daily supply
of quality performance in the annual supplier certification level assessment, establish
supplier system certification standards for new, new process audit requirements, develop
new supplier quality audit team rules and a range of members; the final H company
supplier quality performance of PPM greatly reduced, 4 new products by the end of 2012
released in 2013, successfully put into the market and abroad, orders increased 20%,
customer call back rate dropped 50%, product quality and safety performance, obtained
the customer high praise. Have a significant impact on development and reference
function to the elevator industry and other elevator company and the improvement of the
quality.
