述了Z置业公司的概况,对Z置业公司在以往实施绩效管理过程中存在的问题
进行了认真的总结与分析,对Z置业公司绩效管理体系进行了优化设计,提出
了Z置业公司绩效管理体系设计的目的、原则和方法,给出了详细的绩效考核
流程和一些有针对性、操作性强的表格,对新的绩效管理体系实施提出一些
建议,最后对Z置业公司的绩效管理进行总结和展望。
该论文将工作绩效与公司的目标有机地结合起来,建立一套适用于Z置业
公司可持续发展的绩效管理体系,将提高个人绩效水平、企业管理能力、整

ABSTRACT
In the 21st century is the age of global economic integration, knowledge become
the enterprise human resources to build the core competitiveness of the main force, in
the sustainable development of the enterprise, more and more highlights the importance
of human resources. People-oriented as a core enterprise in the management of the
noun, enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees is to motivate and inspire and
so on. Recently, most of the enterprises begin to performance management as the
effective way of strengthening the human resource management, performance
management in the enterprise management has been widely promotion and application,
is a strong exploratory work, highly innovative and challenging.
In order to improve the core competitiveness, in the cruel market competition,
most companies are actively seeking organization performance and effective
management methods, trying to build a suitable performance management system and
sustainable. To this end, the paper first expounds the meaning of performance and
performance management, real estate enterprise performance management, performance
management process, performance management commonly used tools, and then to Z
real estate companies as the main research object, this paper expounds the Z real estate
