改革幵放以后,中国经济一起以两位数高速增长,截止2012年,我国的GDP
问题已经跃居世界第二,但每万元GDP的能耗却居高不下。以重工业为例,由
于我国资源相对匮乏,伴随经济快速增长,社会刚性需求持续走高,我国的钢铁、
有色、石油等行业进口所需铁矿石、铝土矿、原油等资源数量逐年增加,甚至超
过国内自有产量的50%;即便如此,为了在业内和未来的行业变革中能争得话语
权,从央企到地方企业,依然大千快上了一批钢厂、铝厂、水泥厂等等,造就了
一个个航母级的企业集团,宏观层面造成了严重的产能过剩,为了优化产业结构,
营造良好地市场环境,国家开始了一轮接一轮的产业结构调整,以铝冶炼行业为
例,我国铝冶炼行业近十年发生了深刻的变革,国家宏观调控政策日趋严格,铝
行业市场供求关系趋向理性,产业结构调整步伐逐步加快,铝行业资源整合和规
模扩张力度不断加大,这都对促进我国铝冶炼行业的持续、健康、有序发展产生
了重要的影响。

现阶段,电解铝行业作为高能耗产业在全球范围内都是限制发展,在此情势
下,甘肃东兴铝业有限公司以发展求生存,在不到十年的时间里,电解铝产量扩
大了 30倍,同时,公司为转变经济增长方式,提升企业核心竞争力,制定了以
节能减排为导向的企业发展战略。

本文通过深入研究本企业的现状,从供应链管理的角度,借助供应链整合、
协同等理论,阐述供应链管理及其相关因素对企业发展的现实影响,从甘肃东兴
铝业的实际出发,阐述原有供应链存在的问题,着重强化资源保障在电解铝企业
供应链中的重要性,并提出改进的目标与对策,同时提出实现这些目标的保障措
施,从而为实现企业整体的战略目标保驾护航。

ABSTRACT
As world&39;s econmic structure changes ever since reforming and opening up, Chinese
economy has been developing rapidly with an over 10 percent growth each year. By 2012, China&39;s
GDP has been in the second place of the all nations, with 12380 billion dollars. Howerer, we have
a huge population of 1.3 billion, and the synthetic energy consuming per 10000 RMB of GDP is
3-11 times as much as developed countries, indicating that our economic growth mode is rather
rough which neglects efficiency and aims only at expansion.
Industry is the main force in pushing economy forward. Take heavy industry for
instance,demand for resource is very regid as economy develops,such as imported amount of iron
ore,monohydrallite andcrude oil etc. which are needed in steel industry,nonferrous industry and
petroleum industry rises rapidly to half of domestic production. Even though, a lot of steel factory,
alumium factory, cement plant and other factories of this kind are founded by firms of both local
and central, to fight for a place in this ever-changing environment,and consequently some
carrier-level group companies. This trend makes excessive production capacity at the macro level.
To handle with this,the nation starts to adjust industrial structure for several times. Alunium
industry, for example,has seen great revolution in recent ten years, with more and more strict
national policies and supply-demand relationship much more rational,industrial sturctue much
more upgrading, which altogether help our alunium industry develop healthly.
At present, electrolytic aluminium industry is energy intensive and restricted worldwide. In
that context, Gansu Dongxing Aluminium Co., LTD stive for the survial by the development, and
expand its productionby 30 times in less than 10 year. Meanwhile, it works out an energy-saving
and emission-reduction oriented strategy so as to improve core competitiveness.
Through studying deeply the situation of the company, this paper clarifies supply chain and
relative factors and their effect on firm&39;s development on base of supply integration and
cooperation theory. Firstly, we identify the problems in original supply chain. Then in the
decuction,resource guarantee is stressed. At last, improvement objects ,strategies and measures
are put forward to make sure that entire strategic goal is realized.
