进入21世纪,随着生活节奏的不断加快、地球环境污染状况的不断加剧,
人类疾病谱发生重大改变,由此带来的非传染性疾病治疗、保健产品需求、未
来医保中对仿制药的使用都拉动了药用辅料市场发展。虽然主要国际经济体受
到经济危机冲击,但鉴于药品的特殊性,对药用辅料的影响有限。但与此同时,
国际主要销售市场对药用辅料的法律规定和进口管理,仍然是我国药用辅料出
口的重大瓶颈。

就国内环境而言,虽然拥有低价的原材料、劳动力和国家支持药用辅料发
展的契机,但也面临着原材料质量不稳定、研发能力不足、同行业低水平重复
竞争激烈的困境,跨国公司更是直接抢滩药用辅料市场以期补偿欧美日市场销
量下滑所致损失。

针对公司在药用辅料出口竞争力方面存在的问题,本文运用PEST分析法
对公司的国际市场环境进行分析;其次利用SWOT分析方法对公司发展条件进
行分析。在此基础上,对备选战略进行可行性分析生成公司的总体战略,并形
成一个明确的公司竞争战略差异化策略。最后,提出了公司发展战略的实
施建议,包括加强技术革新、拓宽国际化营销渠道、规范财务管理、提高人才
素质、改进产品质量、完善信息系统,以提升公司药用辅料产品的出口竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Along with the accelerating pace of life and tiie worsening Earth&39;s pollution in tiie 21st
century, significant changes have occurred in the spectrum of human disease resulting in tiie
treatment of non-communicable diseases, healtii products, future demand tiie use of generic
drugs in Medicare,which are pulling the excipient market development. Although major
international economies have been affected by the economic crisis hit, the particularity of
pharmaceuticals limited the negative impact on pharmaceutical excipients. But at the same time,
the law in ttie main sales market for pharmaceutical excipients and import management is still a
major bottleneck of pharmaceutical excipients export in China
As far as the domestic environment, despite lower prices of raw materials,labor and
national support opportunities for the development of pharmaceutical excipients,Chinese
pharmaceutical enterprises are faced with inconsistent quality of raw materials, insufficient
research and development capabilities, the plight of low-level competition in the industry, TNCs&39;
direct landing excipient market with a view to compensating market loss due to falling sales in
Europe and America
Aims to the export competitiveness for pharmaceutical excipients, This paper explore PEST
Analytical Methods to analyze tiie company&39;s macro-environment and explore SWOT Analytical
Methods to examine the company!s competitive to sharp advantages and disadvantages and
conclude company&39;s core competitiveness. On this basis, build companies dternative strategies,
and analyze the feasibility of an alternative strategy, and create a clear development strategy for
differentiation strategy, present the implementation and suggestions, includes Increasing
technological innovation, operating international marketing, strengthen financial capacity,
developing human resources, quality controlling, creating information systems, improving the
export competitiveness.
