摘 要
爱婴葩学园向多元教育社区转型的策略研究
中国学前教育的市场规模,无论从学前儿童的数量还是从家长的重视程度
都是空前的。如此庞大的市场推动着幼儿园数量的增加和教育品质的提高。也
因此,我们对学期教育产业发展的研究显得尤为重要。

教育决定着一个国家和民族的未来。在当前的中国,自主创新人才愈发短
缺、因人格扭曲而导致的恶性犯罪事件屡屡出现的局面遭到越来越多有识之士
对传统教育的质疑、谴责和痛惜。投资现代教育将是一件功在当代,利在千秋
的义举。而且我们可以肯定的讲:教育,特别是较低等的教育,有助于减轻贫
困,使收入的分配更加平等,以及改善社会环境。

当前,公立和校办幼儿园在市场份额上占据半壁江山,但他们所一贯推行
的传统幼儿教育已经无法满足社会的发展和与国际接轨的需求。如果一个教育
机构既拥有先进的教育理念、科学的方法以及前瞻性的思想;又拥有人性化、
科学化管理带来的一支高素质、稳定性的教师队伍;还有与世界接轨的先进教
育方法所带来的社会影响力,那么它势必会受到家长们的认可和追捧。与此同
时,中国的家长也是世界上最舍得为孩子的教育进行投资的家长。无可厚非,
它必定将为投资者带来持续的经济回报。

多元教育社区是国际上逐步流行起来的一种教育产业新趋势。对于从事经
济投资的人和机构来说,是一件极具吸引力和探索意义的新型投资方式。多元
教育社区是一个系统工程,涉及到人们的生活观念、土地使用权、资本的运作
和管理、持续性发展模式的建立等等。但我们可以感知,已经有越来越多的人
加入到追求和探索有生活品质、有意义的人生里面。所以,更和谐的教育模式,
经过我们以及有识之士的支持和努力,必定在长春诞生并成为一种引领和趋势。

爱婴葩学园是一所现代化幼儿园,教育理念及教育环境在长春市民营幼儿
园中处于领先水平,提倡“爱和自由,规则与平等”,侧重孩子人格的自我建
构、意志力、专注力以及和谐的人际交往能力等的培养,顺应儿童的天性及生
命发展的规律,充满了人性的关怀。随着教育理念的不断深化和提升,以及在
不断整合社会和谐发展因素的过程中,我们的教育战略又有新的调整和突破。

这样一来,幼儿园的现状已无法满足我们的需要。本文以爱婴葩学园作为研究
对象,通过对爱婴葩学园向多元教育社区转型进行 PEST 分析和 SWOT 分析,
论证了爱婴葩学园向多元教育社区转型的策略的是可行的;同时提出爱婴葩学
园向多元教育社区转型策略的方案、实施流程和保障制度。

本文的研究对探索多元教育社区的研究方法有参考作用,同时对幼儿园向
更高水平发展转型提供了思路。

Abstract
Research on Transformation from Aiyingpa Kindergarten to Diverse
Educational Community
The market size of Chinese pre-school education is better than ever, no matter
the quantity of pre-school children, or the attention of the parents. The huge domestic
market has driven the increase in the number of kindergartens and the improvement
of the quality of education. So, the study is more important on the development of
Pre-school education industry.
Education determines the future of a country and nation, the current shortage of
China&39;s independent innovation increasingly talent, personality distortions lead to a
vicious crime situation was more often seen and more insight on the tradition of
skepticism, condemn and deplore, invest in modern education will be a power in the
interest of future generations owed. And we can certainly say: education, especially
education and low to help alleviate poverty, more equal distribution of income, as
well as improvement of social conditions.
Nowadays, public and school-run kindergartens occupy half of the market share,
but what they have consistently pursued that is the tradition of early childhood
education has been unable to meet the social development and the international
requirements. If an educational institution not only has advanced educational
concepts, scientific methods, and forward thinking; another human, scientific
management brings a high-quality, stable team of teachers; well with the world&39;s
advanced education method brings social influence, it is bound to be recognized and
sought after by parents. Meanwhile, China is the world&39;s most parents are willing to
invest in education for the children of the parents. Understandable, it is bound to give
investors continued economic returns.
Diverse educational community is the international community gradually
became popular as a new trend in the education industry. For people and
organizations engaged in economic investment, it is an attractive and exploration
significance of the new investment. Diverse educational community is a systematic
project, involving the concept of people&39;s lives, land use rights, capital operation and
management, sustainable development model to establish more. But we can perceive,
more and more people have been added to the pursuit and exploration have quality of
life, meaningful life inside. Therefore, a more harmonious mode of education and
insight through our support and efforts must be born in Changchun and become a
leading and trends.
Aiyingpa kindergarten is the one of modern early childhood education. It is in
the leading level on education ideas and educational environment in Changchun. It
promotes love and freedom, the rule and equality, focusing on the child&39;s
self-constructed personality, willpower, concentration and harmonious interpersonal
skills, etc. training, follow the nature of children and the law of the development of
life, full of human care. With the deepening of educational philosophy and upgrading,
as well as continuous integration of social harmony and development factors in the
process, we have a new education strategy adjustment and breakthroughs. As a result,
the status-quo of nursery has been unable to meet our needs. Aiyingpa kindergarten is
as a research object in this paper, By means of the PEST and SWOT analysis of the
transformation from Aiyingpa kindergarten to diverse educational community proves
the transformation from Aiyingpa kindergarten to diverse educational community is
feasible. At the same time it proposes the project, the work process and security
system of it.
The study of this paper has helpful contribution to explore the research methods
of diverse educational community. And it also provides a way on the kindergarten’s
transformation to high level development.

第 1 章 绪论
1.1 研究背景
中国是世界上人口数量最为庞大的学前教育国家,每年约 1600 万新生儿出
生,0—6 岁的儿童约有 1.6 亿。如此庞大的数字使家长对幼儿园的数量的增加
和教育品质提高的需求越来越强烈。也因此,投资幼儿教育产业成为很多具备
一定实力的个人或机构投资的新目标。目前市场上出现的幼儿园,从投资形式
上分为公立幼儿园、校办幼儿园、民营幼儿园和外资幼儿园;从教育形式上分
为传统教育、国际化教育和现代化教育幼儿园。

其中,公立和校办幼儿园以其硬件条件完善、费用较低、手续健全有保障
而受到大部分家长的支持,从而在市场上占据半壁江山,但由于历史遗留、经
营管理落后和更新换代速度滞后等因素,这些幼儿园所推行的传统幼儿教育已
经远远落后于社会发展对人才培养的需求,很多幼儿园尤其是二线城市的幼儿
园过早灌输孩子的认知课程,甚至将小学的课程下放至幼儿园,给孩子造成了
很大的负担和压力,孩子的身心无法协调发展;提前识字、写字、做作业使儿
童过早厌倦学习;户外活动的缺少使体能素质下降,意志薄弱,缺少对事物的
探究与好奇;只是被动的接受而没有科学探索精神;对外界的感官体验淡漠,
容易沉溺在电子产品中,无法与他人和自然界和谐共处,人际交往出现问题。

而相比之下,当今的欧美等发达国家愈发注重学生心理素质的培养,即:注重
儿童的人格建构和情绪、行为、个性、意志和人际交往能力,相比之下,如果
我国继续延续此种教育状态,未来 20 年,从这种幼儿园教育下走出的儿童将无
法满足我国社会发展和与国际接轨的需求,因此,越来越多的人们在迫切的寻
找一种先进的幼儿教育以挽救当前传统幼儿教育之不足。

在中国近 2 亿的 0—6 岁的儿童中,教育产业存在着巨大的商机。如果以一
所中型幼儿园可招收 150—200 名学生计算,一个幼儿每月需缴纳管理费、伙食
费、特长课学费及材料费约合 1500 元,那么,满园后幼儿园每月收入约合 225000
