首先,企业文化通过员工对企业绩效产生作用,一是通过构建心理契约,
使得企业可以满足员工的各种不同需求,提高员工的满意度,使企业与员工的
关系融洽,信任升级;二是企业文化可以有效的解决企业作为团队生产过程中
的搭便车或偷懒行为,增加员工偷懒时的负罪感,降低员工偷懒的几率,使员
工的个人目标与组织目标相一致,从而增强员工的责任感和使命感。这两种情
况下形成员工忠诚,员工忠诚可以降低招聘和培训成本、增加员工个人绩效、
注重团队合作精神,从而提升企业绩效。
其次,企业文化通过顾客对企业绩效产生作用,可以通过企业形象的形成
来给顾客传送企业产品的价值信号,同时又通过员工的传递作用影响到顾客对
企业产品的价值判断,从而提升顾客忠诚度。顾客忠诚可以降低开发新顾客的
成本、增加企业的交叉销售行为、顾客进行口碑宣传节省企业的宣传和促销费
用,以此来增加企业绩效。
再次,企业文化通过合作者对企业绩效产生作用,可以通过建立一种信任
机制和良好的合作关系质量来对合作者产生影响,使得合作者乐于与企业合作,
形成合作者忠诚,合作者忠诚能够降低寻找新的合作者的成本、降低合作风险、
形成资源和信息共享、共度危机,有助于企业绩效的提升。
最后,文章分析了海底捞企业文化。海底捞企业文化尊重员工,把顾客当老
板,重视员工和顾客的各种需求,正是由于海底捞的这种以人为本的企业文化,
使得海底捞赢得了员工真心,员工优质的服务赢得了顾客的舒心,顾客回头率
和口碑相传自然也让企业获得较高的企业绩效。

Abstract
Since the rise of corporate culture theory, scholars began to study the theory of
corporate culture, which are the study of the relationship between corporate culture
and corporate performance. This paper analyses the mechanism of enterprise culture
on enterprise performance from the perspective of stakeholders. According to the
relationship between stakeholders and enterprise, this paper mainly choose the
stakeholders of employees,customers and partners to study,explain how corporate
culture influences enterprise employees,customers and partners have an effect on
the enterprise performance.
First, the enterprise culture has effect on corporate performance by the
employee, one is through the construction of psychological contract, the enterprise
can meet different needs of employees, improve employee satisfaction, make the
relation between enterprise and employees well, trust upgrading; two is the
enterprise culture can effectively solve hitchhike or lazy employees behavior in the
production process the enterprise as a team, lazy employees behavior increase the
sense of guilt, reduce the probability of lazy employees behavior,so that employees
personal goals and organizational goals will match each other, thus enhance their
sense of responsibility and sense of mission.TTiese two kinds of circumstances
employee loyalty will establish, employee loyalty can reduce the costs of recruitment
and training, increase the performance of individual employees, pay attention to
team spirit of cooperation, so as to enhance enterprise performance.
Secondly, the corporate culture has effect on corporate performance by the
customer,corporate culture can through the formation of corporate image to delivery
enterprise product value signal to customer, and through the influence of transfer
function of employees to customers of enterprise product value judgment, so as to
enhance the customer loyalty. Customer loyalty can reduce the cost of development
of new customers, increase the action of cross selling, enterprise customer
word-of-mouth publicity saving enterprise publicity and promotional costs,so as to
increase the performance of enterprises.
Once again, &e enterprise culture affects business performance through
cooperation,enterprise culture can have an impact through the establishment of a
trust mechanism and good cooperation relationship quality of partners, so that
partners are willing to cooperation with enterprises, partner loyalty will come to
being, partner loyalty can reduce the cost of searching for new partners, decrease the
cooperation risk,realize resources and information sharing, these roads help to
improve the corporate performance.
Finally, This paper analyzes the enterprise culture of Haidilao. the enterprise
culture of Haidilao respect for employees, see the customer as the boss,pay
attention to employee and customer needs,it is because of this people-oriented
Haidilao enterprise culture,Haidilao won the staff sincerely, the good service of staff

在企业管理的不断发展和实践过程中,企业管理的相关理论也总是在不断
丰富和完善,从泰勒的科学管理理论、梅奥的人群关系理论到马斯洛的行为科
学理论,发展到现在的企业文化理论,都证明了学者在企业管理实践中开始重
视企业文化对企业发展的重要作用和意义。企业文化理论自20世纪80年代以
来一直是管理学界学者研究的热点。当时,日本企业发展迅速,在竞争中对美
国企业造成了很大的威胁,而造成这种结果的原因是日本企业更注重对员工的
价值观的培养,在工作中有意识的提高员工工作的积极性,鼓励他们主动发挥
