本文综合运用文献分析法、调查问卷法、定量分析与定性分析等方法,通过对苏
州外商投资企业试用期员工以及
HR
人员的调查,了解目前在苏外资企业试用期员工
的总体情况以及试用期员工管理中存在的问题,然后运用相关理论及文献资料,分析
造成这一管理问题的根本原因,最后提出改善和解决这一管理问题的有效方法和对
策,希望以此促进在苏外资企业提高自身人力资源管理水平,从而为企业长远发展打
下坚实基础。

Abstract
Foreign enterprises are playing a critical role in our country’s modern society and
have become the important backbone of the national economic development. Suzhou, as
the example of South Jiangsu economy mode, during which development, the foreign
enterprises have support the half sky. The foreign enterprises economy has promote local
economy develop rapidly, meanwhile, it also digest huge human resource and resolve great
employment pressure. Employees in probation, whose capability, skill and knowledge are
the important elements to the company’s future central compete, are the fresh blood of the
company and the important resource for the company’s persistent development. However,
high turnover rate of employees in probation, low employees’ loyalty, scare of employees’
sense of identity and adscription, has put the unprecedented challenge in front of the
current foreign enterprises in Suzhou. Whether the management done by the company to
these employees in probation is success or not, deeply influences the company’s human
resource strategy plan and decide directly the company’s persistent development.
This article has used such methods as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation,
ration and qualitative analysis. Through the investigation of employees in probation and
HR people of foreign enterprises in Suzhou, understand the general working status of
current employees in probation of foreign enterprises in Suzhou and the company
management problem. Then combining with related theories, find the deep reasons. Finally,
provide amendatory suggestions and countermeasure for current foreign enterprises in
Suzhou, which will promote them to improve human resource management level and lay a
good foundation for company’s further development.

一、研究背景和意义
中国改革开放三十多年来,外向型经济撑起了半壁江山,而这其中离不开外商投
资企业的汗马功劳。从松下公司第一个在中国投资设厂开始,至

经济发展势头迅猛,引进外资总额已连续几年超过深圳,成为仅次于上海的第二大外
资经济大都市。
企业是推动社会存在和发展的组织形态之一,而企业员工则是推动企业存在和发
展的源动力。辩证唯物主义认为,凡事总有其发展规律,每一个企业总有其萌牙、成
长、成熟、衰退期,而员工在企业中也有这四个时期,每一个时期员工与企业之间的
关系总会有或大或小的变化,但万变不离其中,那就是前一阶段的结果直接决定了后
一阶段的延续。试用期是法律赋予劳、资双方的一个特殊的磨合时期,其目的也就是
为刚碰撞在一起的劳、资双方提供一个时间上的平台,以便能让这两方在最大程度上
熟悉彼此,为之后顺利的合作奠定良好的基础,从而达到促使劳、资双方顺利融合的
作用。本文所要研究的也正是这一特殊时间段上目前企业对员工管理存在的问题。
