摘要
集成电路是国家重点发展的行业之一,它对整个国家发展意义重大。自2000年以来,
集成电路产业进入快速成长期,全国各地投资兴建一批大型集成电路生产线项目,这些
工程建设项目都是一种纷繁复杂的系统工程。而这些项目进展是否顺利,很大程度上与
项目管理有关。本文针对这一现实背景,应用对比分析的方法对集成电路生产线项目管
理模式进行了研究。分析了现有集成电路生产线项目的管理特征,研究了三种主要选用
的模式:EPC模式,传统模式和混合模式。提出了集成电路生产线项目管理模式选择的
影响因素,并在此基础上给出管理模式的选择方法。以S公司深圳集成电路生产线项目
为例,釆用已给出的项目管理模式选择评价方法进行分析,得出合适的项目管理模式

Abstract
Semiconductor industry is one of most significant industries in our country, which affects
the whole national development strongly. From year 2000, it developed faster and faster. A
lot of large semiconductor manufacture projects established in our country these years. Those
projects are complicated systems engineering for managing. Project success depends on
project management seriously. According to this situation, comparative analysis method is
used to study management mode and method of semiconductor manufacture project.
Management characteristics of semiconductor manufacture project were researched and three
main modes were studied in this article. They are EPC mode, traditional mode and mixed
mode. Some factors in the choice of management mode for the semiconductor manufacture
project were proposed. Also evaluation methods of choosing management mode is put
forward based on the factors. S company Shenzhen semiconductor manufacture project is
taken as an example. Base on this sample, former method is used to evaluate the best project
management mode.
