本文结合S公司的竞争环境与商业模式,分析并指出了近年来企业面
临的产品创新的主要问题,通过对产品需求的进一步分析,总结了其产品
创新的主要模式,即基于企业商业模式的渐进式创新与突破式产品创新相
结合的创新模式。
论文通过介绍s公司及其产品特点,首先分析了 S公司作为美国湿剃
剃刀行业的领导性公司,在其所处行业中的激烈竞争环境和其商业模式,
分析并指出了公司近年来所面临的产品创新问题。通过对产品需求及产品
创意的进一步分析,指出了企业可行的产品创新方案与策略,及基于企业
的商业模式,实行渐进式产品创新与突破式产品创新相结合的产品创新模
式。并结合公司渐进式和突破式产品创新的运用实践,分析了公司产品创
新活动的重要支持系统,总结了该产品创新体系的成功之处。
论文最后得出的结论是:为确保产品创新成功,企业必须针对本行业
特点,建立适合企业自身的产品策略与创新模式及相应的创新管理体系,
这是企业确保可持续性发展的必然选择。

ABSTRACT
Since the financial crisis erupted in 2008, the world economics is
stumbling. The current financial storm has been developing into a most
serious decline since World War II,McKensey39;s latest report believed that,
there is many similar rules with three economic depressions happened at last
century, reported added, the enterprise and - consumer39;s technical
disbursement increased constantly, is one of primary reasons to cause the
last three depressions over. It39;s conceivable that the science and technology
can become the economical inspired catalyst equally as before. The
technological innovation possibly can stimulate the economic resurgence.
Crisis and change is coexisting, which provided the product innovation
chance for Chinese Enterprises.
Firstly by listing the main domestic and foreign product innovation
theory, this article discussed and summarized the main product innovation
theory.
After that, further introduced S Corporation and its industrial
characteristic, summarized its historical innovation practices, raised the
question why and what drive it get so many the successful product innovation.
Then introduced and analyzed S corporation39;s successful product
systematized innovation model in detail, under it took the leading position at
wet shaving industry,also summarized its main innovation practice strategy,
and unified its newest innovation product Hydro practice, furthermore
appraised its rules of success for product innovation system.
After that aimed at the innovation question of Chinese Enterprise’
advised the related proposals for product innovation.
