本文阐述S企业建立和完善基于JIT的供应链物流管理模式,分析了S企业物流管理
所面临的主要问题和困惑,深入的剖析了S企业的采购物流、生产物流管理流程,并对S
企业的物流改善实践进行了一定程度的总结。通过实施JIT物流管理模式,S企业的物流
管理水平得到显著的提高,物流成本显著下降;企业库存远低于行业平均水平。物流管
理的改善也为生产效率的提升创造了空间,通过减少制造现场存货,精益生产的各项改
善得以有效的进行,员工的生产效率有效改善,最终提高了S企业的运营效率,增强了
企业的核心竞争力。

Study of Logistics Operation Management of
Manufacturing Enterprise under JIT Environment
Abstract
S Enterprise is a foreign-invested enterprises invested by the TEN enterprises which is a
famous American Auto Parts manufacturing enterprise. S Enterprise mainly makes products
of automotive exhaust systems and shock absorber system products. With the rise and the
continuous development of the Chinese automobile manufacturing industry, S enterprise has
made leaps and bounds in the Chinese market. With the continuous intensifying of the market
competition and the continuous improvement of customer service requirements, there is an
urgent need to create a just-in-time logistics management system. Through the establishment
of the just-in-time logistics management mode, decrease inventory outside the production
chain, reduce the cost of logistics operation and enhance the overall level of management.
This paper describes logistics management mode on account of JIT supply chain which is
established and perfected by S Enterprise. The paper analyzes the main problems and
confusions in the logistics management of S enterprise, analyzing management processes of
logistics and production logistics in depth, also make some summary about improving the
practice of S Enterprise logistics. Through the implementation of the JIT logistics
management mode, logistics management level of S-enterprise has been significantly
improved, significantly lower logistics costs; business inventories are much lower than the
industry average. The improvement of logistics management has create space for production
efficiency,by reducing inventories of manufacturing site, the improvements of lean
production has been carried out effectively, the production efficiency of the direct production
employees constantly increase, and ultimately improve the operational efficiency of the S
Enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
