收集和整理目前国内外研究人员关于第三方物流供应商选择研究的成
果和方法,其选择评价的指标体系比较广泛,但不针对大型设备物流。
本文首先介绍了第三方物流供应商选择研究的现状,结合某大型设备
生产企业物流的特点,阐明供应商选择研究的方法和目的,指出选择研究
的创新点是构建针对某大型设备生产企业的指标体系。
然后,根据层次分析法的原理,通过咨询物流行业专家的方式,提炼
出选择指标的范围和内容,建立某大型设备生产企业第三方物流供应商选
择的相关指标体系,并综合专家意见给予各指标的赋值。
再次,将所建立的指标体系进行延伸与拓展,同实例相结合,选定最
佳物流供应商,并分析结果。
最后,对研究某大型设备生产企业第三方物流供应商选择进行总结,
说明指标产生的合理和不足。

ABSTRACT
The trend of globalization, more and more enterprises, especially the
Multi-National Corporation, in order to keep and strengthen the leading
competitive advantage, continued to relocated the production resources in the
world. Extending redistribution of these resources and supply chain, increased
new requirements of logistics, especially the Third Party Logistics with
specialized supports.
Collect the current methods and achievements of researches for Third
Party Logistics supplier selection, the evaluation index is widely, but no more
supports to large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises.
Firstly, this article introduces the research status of selection to Third
Party Logistics, explains the methods and purposes according to the
characteristics of large scale equipments, clarify the innovation of research
base on the selection index system to large-scale equipment manufacturing
enterprises.
Then, according to the principle of analytic hierarchy process, take
consulting to the logistics experts, refine the scopes and contents of indicators,
create the index system of the Third Party Logistics supplier selection for
large scale equipment manufacturing enterprises, and comprehensive expert
opinions to give each index assignment.
Once again the created index system apply to the real project,proceed
to discover the best TPL supplier, and make analyses to the conclusion。
Finally, concluded the selection of Third Party Logistics of large
equipment manufacturing enterprises, declare the rationality and insufficient
of the proposed index.
