摘要
商业健身在中国是一个新兴的服务行业,十几年来商业健身会所从无到有,逐
渐形成了一定规模,显示出广阔的市场前景,但总体来看行业尚处于混沌状态的初
期发展阶段,发展面临种种制约因素。

本文回顾了国内外商业健身行业的发展历史,总结了国内外健身产业的发展特
点,分析了约束我国健身行业发展的主要因素。同时,以国内知名健身公司上海美
格菲健身中心有限公司为案例,运用战略管理理论和方法对美格菲公司的外部和内
部发展环境进行了分析,提出客户服务是国内外商业健身行业发展中的重要因素,
并详细分析了美格菲公司以客户服务为中心制定发展战略的必要性和可行性,在此
基础上,制定了以客户服务为中心的业务发展战略,并提出战略实施措施。

Abstract
Commercial fitness in China is an emerging service industry. In ten years, commercial
fitness club has been formed a certain scale gradually, it shows a broad market prospect. But
overall, the industry is still in a state of chaos initial stage, the development confronts with
various restricted factors.
The paper reviewed the development history of commercial fitness industry, summarized
the characteristics, and analyzed the constraints in China. We can take well-known fitness
company—Shanghai Megafit fitness center co.LTD. For example, in using strategic
management theory to analyze Megafit development environment, it shows that the customer
service is one of the most important thing in the development of the fitness industry. It also
analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the formulating customer-centered development
strategies in details. On that basis, they made the customer service strategy and implementing
measures.
