本文展现了股份制银行发展的“郑州金融现象”，从经济发展、文化理念、经营
管理等诸多方面，系统而深入地研究产生郑州市股份制商业银行金融现象的外部原
因和内部原因，并对上海浦东发展银行郑州分行这一个案着重进行了研究。
在加入 WTO 以后，我国金融业 2006 年将会全面放开，外资银行将长驱直入。如
何应对外资银行，使国有银行和股份制银行能够更好的生存，保持我国金融业快速、
健康、稳步的发展，已经迫在眉睫。本文试图通过研究郑州市股份制商业银行发展
中出现的金融现象，寻找股份制商业银行在郑州得以生存发展的原因所在，以对我
国商业银行改革和发展能够有所启示。

Abstract
Zhengzhou locates in Central China and keeps being key military site ever since. In
1990’s there occurred the famous Business War, a severe competition between Asia
Shopping and others shopping businesses. In the beginning of 21
st
century there occurs
severe financial competition between joint stock commercial banks and state-owned banks.
For those joint stock commercial banks their Zhengzhou offices keep well development
and high internal ranks. The Zhengzhou branches of each joint stock commercial banks
blooms after several years’ development, their main business index ranks remain the first
three places. It’s the prominent Zhengzhou Phenomenon in financial circle. Senior
personnel coming from Zhengzhou spreads throughout each bank, the Zhengzhou
branches has become the Pool of Personnel, the Treasury Place and the Engine of business.
The effect of Zhengzhou Phenomenon comes throughout nationwide.
This passage displays the Zhengzhou Phenomenon of joint stock commercial banks
and reveals the internal and external reasons in the aspect of macro economy environment,
culture factor and internal management respectively. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank
Zhengzhou branch as the individual case is the research focus of this passage.
After China’s WTO entrance the banking industry will open thoroughly. It’s the key
issue for China’s state owned banks and joint stock commercial banks to survive and
develop continually while facing the severe competition from foreign banks. This passage
aims to reveal the reason of Zhengzhou Phenomenon hoping to benefit the occurent
banking reform.
