为此本文选取企业哲学为研究对象,并以G公司作为案例,试图分析出有
利于该公司持续发展的哲学定位。本文分为四个部分,第一部分为绪论,介绍了
选题背景、本文写作的意义及文章的结构安排;第二部分分析了企业哲学的意义
及与企业文化的关系;第三部分分析了 G公司的企业哲学,并分析了其哲学定
位存在的问题;最后一部分对该公司提出了哲学定位的再确认,并提出对策建议。

Abstract
Enterprise philosophy is the cortical and systematic world outlook and
methodology, which was produced in the process of creating material and spiritual
wealth. Enterprise philosophy is also the summary of experience and theory of
business management, which exists whole process of management and is on business
behavior of a basic guide as the basic law. Company philosophy is the core of the
enterprise culture and source. The core value is the guiding principle of processing
enterprise contradictions, and embodies the company's philosophy. Company
philosophy is a kind of existence, and the corporate culture is a kind of phenomenon;
the enterprise culture is the basic hypothesis tat based on based on the philosophy of
dialectical thinking, which results the core values, and guidance of behavior patterns
under values, including the physicochemical environment under the influence of the
act; Te enterprise culture is the external expression of the enterprise philosophy. The
company philosophy is the bases to shape the corporate culture.
This paper selects the philosophy of enterprise as the research object, and takes
the G company as the case to analyze the benefit of the sustainable development of
the company's philosophy.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the
introduction, which introduces the research background,the significance of this paper
and the structure of the article; the second part of the paper analyzes the business
philosophy and corporate culture; The third part analyzes the Guorui auto part limited
company of Taizhou,and analyses the problem of its philosophical orientation; Te last
part of the company raises philosophical orientation recognition,and provides some
suggestions.
