本文以手机支付为对象，通过调查法、定量分析法、探索性研究法以及运用波
特五力模型等研究方法，从国际发展到国内发展，对手机支付行业的现状，分析了
手机支付行业如今存在的问题以及所带来的影响，并且针对解决这些问题介绍了银
联商务 HB 公司的手机支付业务的发展模式，通过波特兀立模型和 SOWT 分析法分
析市场结构、市场需求以及银联商务 HB 公司手机支付业务的内外部环境因素。
本文通过对银联商务 HB 公司的手机支付项目研究，探讨了在人民银行办法支
