Abstract
The competition of the 21st century is the talent competition, the competitiveness of
enterprises in the final analysis depends on the development and management of human
resources, who has the best team, who will be able to win the final victory‘ In the context
of economic globalization, China Y will face severe challenges, further enhance the
response to the increasingly fierce market competition, the municipal postal enterprise
human resource management level, improve its human resource management system, to
