Abstract
This paper carefully study in refining enterprise characteristics and refining
enterprise operation staff psychological state, and on the basis of design out a more
suitable for refining enterprise operation staff incentive schemes combination. Design
the incentive schemes, the use of the modern scientific salary management and
performance evaluation theory and method, and long-term incentive and short-term
incentive, fixed income and floating award,and the combination of material incentive
and spiritual incentive, set up the multidimensional is incentive mechanism. In
practice, should is incentive negative incentive, and which are incentive is given
priority to,negative incentives as the auxiliary characteristic, careful meticulous,
