有关港口竞争力评价的研究很多,但许多研究在选择被评价的对象港口时其
研究依据比较模糊,常常将不在同一个区域市场的、相互之间竞争关系并不密切
的港口放在一起评价,从而失去了评价的意义。竞争力的强与弱是一个相对的概
念,同时,港口之间的竞争是分地域、分层次的。为此,本研究试图运用市场划
分理论,寻找一种既简单便利又客观公正的衡量港口动态竞争力的方法。
本文以大连港为主要研究对象,参阅大量文献,运用基于市场划分理论的港
口动态竞争力评价方法,在辽宁沿海主要港口范围内对大连港进行了较为客观的
竞争力评价,分析了辽宁沿海主要港口的竞争状况,明确了大连港在辽宁沿海主
要港口中的主要竞争对手、竞争优势及所处的地位;最后,结合大连港的现状,
基于国家及辽宁省的政策导向,运用SWOT方法,分析大连港发展过程中面临的
机遇和潜在威胁,并对大连港的发展目标进行战略定位,提出提升大连港竞争力
的具体对策。

ABSTRACT
Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Development Plan in July 2009 rose to national
strategies, at the same time Dalian City propose the Dalian Port to effectively assume the
core status of an international shipping center and logistics center. Dalian Port is facing
unprecedented opportunities for development, but the growing size of the port of Yingkou,
Jinzhou, Dandong brings competitive pressures to the Dalian Port, especially their
economic hinterland, a high degree of overlap of resources and intensifying competition.
Therefore, the analysis of the competitive situation of the major ports in Liaoning
Province, objective evaluation on the Dalian Port, is extremely necessary. In this paper,
mainly standing on the point of Dalian Port, correctly evaluate on the competitiveness,
targete developing strategies.
A lot of research about the evaluation on the competitiveness of port but many studies
in the choice of the evaluation object port basis rather ambiguous, and often will not be
the same regional markets, not close competitive relationship between ports together to
evaluate thus losing the meaning of the evaluation. The strong and weak competitiveness
is a relative concept,at the same time, the competition between the ports from region to
region, different levels. Therefore,this study attempts to apply the theory of market
segmentation, looking for a simple, convenient and objective measure of port
competitiveness method.
Dalian Port is the main object of study, reading the large number of documents,
according to the theory of market segmentation, we try to build an objective and practical
Dalian Port dynamic evaluation on competitiveness method; Furthermore, objectively
evaluation on competitiveness of Dalian Port in Liaoning coastal port range, analize the
the competitive situation of Liaoning coastal ports, clear the position and major
competitors of the Dalian Port; Finally, based on national and Liaoning Province
policy-oriented, use SWOT method analizing the opportunities and potential threats in the
Dalian Port development process and position the developing goals of Dalian Port, and
propose specific measures to enhance the competitiveness of Dalian Port.
