摘要

随着社会的迅猛发展,未来的竞争归根到底将是人才的竞争,世界上著名企业的
成功都是靠人才的奋斗和拼搏,所以员工才是企业最宝贵的财富。在人力资源的管理
中,调查研究如何提高企业员工的工作满意度,进而制定出对员工的有效激励机制是
企业一个永恒的话题。历以,如何提高企业员工的工作满意度,使他们保持良好的工
作状态,从而激发他们的工作积极性、创造性,对于企业未来的发展有着重要意义。

员工的工作满意度是企业凝聚力强弱的根本体现。满意度调查是企业充分了解员
工工作满意度的重要方法。本文以移动公司为实例,以公司的网络优化员工为样本,
釆用问卷调查法来考察员工的工作满意度,根据相关理论和充分调研针对企业的具体
情况设计了调查问卷,然后通过问卷调查采集调查得到一线网络优化员工工作满意度
的真实数据,采用模糊评价模型对原始数据进行了分析,根据分析结果可以找出公司
员工不满意的项目,并且有针对性的提出了如下对策建议:提高员工对企业整体的满
意度;提高员工对工作本身的满意度;提高员工对薪酬福利的满意度;提高员工对工
作环境的满意度;提高员工对人际关系的满意度。

如果公司能够根据这些对策对这些薄弱的方面采取措施,对提高企业网络优化员
工工作满意度会起到良好的效果,对于移动公司的长远发展有着建设性意义。

Abstract
The truth of competition in the future is the talent, the success of enterprises in the word
are struggling out by talents. In human resources management, investigation and study of
enterprise employee satisfaction and make effective staff incentive mechanism of enterprises
is an eternal topic. Human resource is the first resource, human resource management is the
core of organization and management, a worldwide public administration human resource
management just starts, public administration human resource management also is
undergoing a profound change, lltie scientific, effective, reasonable management of public
sector human resources management is to establish and perfect the science industrialization,
democratization and institutionalization of public management system, to deal with the
economic, technology, information and trade globalization and the globalization of human
resources, promoting the overall economic and social, health and the sustainable
development important foundation.
Employee satisfaction is the fundamental embodiment of enterprise cohesion strength,
we established a relatively perfect satisfaction index system and evaluation model through
carrying on the observation and analysis, in order to help business leaders understand the
cohesion of the enterprise status, and to adopt measures to promote its continuous
improvement. Based on employee satisfaction evaluation, using fuzzy evaluation method.
On one hand, a comprehensively multiple factors on the influence of employees' satisfaction
is considered; on the other hand through this evaluation, not only employee satisfaction can
be understood, but also according to the results in sub-factor the problem of how to
improve employee satisfaction can be analyzed. Employees to improve enterprise whole
satisfaction; improve employee satisfaction to job itself; improve employee benefits
satisfaction; improve employee satisfaction with their work environment; improve employee
satisfaction with interpersonal relationships.
The research results, to enterprises to improve employee job satisfaction, increase the
core competitiveness is the reference value.
