摘要
本文通过问卷调查,主要讨论了 H集团85后员工的管理问题,分析其社会成长背
景,个性特征的外部影响因素及内部影响因素,分析H集团在85后员工管理中存在的
问题和企业对员工管理的具体策略,为H集团对85后员工管理提供建设性意见。

通过阅览文献和设计调查问卷等方式,对H集团下属房地产行业、物流行业、商
贸行业、专业市场等多种形态企业的员工发放调查问卷及通过网络平台向集团员工发
放调查问卷,设计了 29题,来分析所存在的问题。样木调查揭示:85后员工对企业的
忠诚度比较低、团队合作意识薄弱、对企业管理的公平性要求较高、存在消极怠工等
现象;另一方面,他们同时具有较好的创新精神,敢想敢为,注重高薪资收入的同时
也希望公司能主动规划他们个人的职业发展空间,他们乐于追求一种公平的、有归宿
感的工作环境,是一个追求鲜明的个性的群体;员工期望用工企业能针对如完善激励
机制、健全考核体系、重视员工职业生涯规划、创建和谐用工环境等员工管理问题,
作出更有针对性、更能体现公平性、能有效激励和培养员工的管理政策和措施。

论文包含五个章节,第一部分主要研究选题背景,研究意义。对要运用的理论做
简要的概括和对国内外相关文献进行回顾。第二部分主要从85后员工成长的外部环境
进行鉴定分析,包括从政治、经济、文化等方面;同时对其内部环境(家庭)等因素
加以分析。第三部分,对调查问卷进行项目分析,问卷调查的信度和效度达到要求。

第四部分主要对集团员工管理存在问题进行系统阐述。第五部分对如何提高H集团员
工管理方面提出见解。最后是总结,并做未来展望。

Abstract
In this paper, through questionnaire survey, mainly discusses the H group after 85 staff
of the management problems, and analyzes its social background, personality characteristics
of the external factors and internal factors, analysis H group in 85 employees after the
problems existing in the management and the enterprise to staff management of the specific
strategies for H group to 85 staff management to provide constructive Suggestions.
Through the reading literature and questionnaire, etc, to H group subordinate real estate
industry, the logistics industry,trade industry, professional market and so on the many kinds
of form enterprise employees issuing questionnaires and through the network platform to
group staff issuing questionnaires, design the 29 problem, to analyze the existing problems.
Sample survey reveals: after 85 employees to enterprise's loyalty is low,team cooperation
consciousness weak,to the enterprise management the fairness of the demand is higher, the
existing demotivation wait for a phenomenon.On the other hand, they also have a good
innovation spirit, the dare to for, pay attention to high salary income also hopes the company
will actively planning their personal career development space, they are interested in the
pursuit of a fair, a sense of belonging working environment, is a pursuit of distinct
personality groups. The staff with labor enterprise can according to such as to improve the
mechanism of incentive, and perfect the evaluation system, pay attention to employee career
planning, create a harmonious employment environment, such as staff management problem,
make more targeted and more can reflect fairness, can effectively motivate and train the
employee management policies and measures.
The paper includes five chapters, the first part of the topics background, research

home and abroad. The second part mainly from 85 staff growth of external environment
