本文通过对 ZY 集团现状的研究，结合先进的“企业架构”的理念，提出了 ZY 集
团信息化架构模型。这个模型以简练直观的图形方式表述了信息化建设的一般过程和关
键环节，标明了信息化建设中应重点关注的问题，对于指导 ZY 集团今后的信息化建设
具有重要的意义。
ZY 集团信息化架构模型具有理论上的先进性和形式上的易用性，为 ZY 集团信息
化建设提供了一个完整的工作思路。模型的应用能够大幅提高 ZY 集团信息化建设的效
率，提高信息化项目的管理水平，减小信息化建设的实施风险，有利于快速推进 ZY 集
团的信息化建设。

Abstract
ZY Group is a diversified one of rapid development. It’s management is very backward
and rapid changes. It is detrimental to the enterprise information. For complex information
construction demand and changing management thoughts, ZY Group urgently need a guide
for the ZY Group's internal information construction to provide a working ways and
guidelines.
This article studied the present situation of ZY Group and advanced concept as
enterprise architecture. This paper puts forward ZY Group information architecture model.
This model express the work ways of information construction and general key links with
Simple visual graphics, This model was marked should focus on problems in the information
construction, It is great significance to guide the informatization construction in the future.
ZY Group information architecture model very advanced and easy to use, and it provides
a complete way for the informatization construction. It can greatly improve the efficiency of
information construction, it can improve the information management level, it can reduce the
risk of infomationization construction, it can successfully up information construction speed
